    I was so relieved when Brian from customer support helped me out. I had ordered a hoodie in the wrong size, and I didn’t notice until a few hours later. Panicking, I shot an email to customer support, praying they could fix it before it shipped. Brian got back to me quickly and managed to change my order to the right size. Honestly, it made my day. It’s rare to get such quick and effective help these days. Huge thanks to Brian for saving me from the hassle of a return! Definitely a positive experience.

    I had a great experience with this place. They were really upfront about everything, told me exactly how much I'd get paid, and the payment came through super fast.     Man, this was a nightmare. Ordered some shoes for my son's birthday and they took forever to arrive. Over a month! Their system somehow deleted my apartment number, so USPS couldn't deliver it. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and they were no help at all. They said I needed to return the package for a refund, but it's lost in the mail now. My son didn’t get his birthday present and I'm out more than $100. Honestly, I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a store. I’m done shopping here and I recommend you stay away too. You can find the same stuff on Amazon or at your local mall's Anime store.
