I placed an order and requested a refund within the 24-hour period by sending an email. Despite my prompt request, customer service did not respond for 4 days. When they finally replied, they offered to make adjustments, but I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund immediately.
After another 2 days, they asked if I was sure about the cancellation. I reiterated my request for a refund, but they continued to delay. Two more days passed (8 days in total), and they informed me that my order had already started manufacturing, and I would incur a 10% cancellation fee.
It is evident that their tactic is to delay customer service responses so that the order proceeds, then penalize the customer for not being able to cancel before manufacturing starts. It has been 13 days since I placed the order, and it still hasn't shipped despite this back-and-forth communication.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. The 5-star reviews are clearly incentivized and false. There is no phone number to call, and they are not registered with the BBB. My mistake was not checking their BBB registration beforehand because it is clear they are scammers without BBB backing.
