    Clarity is good and the frames sit light. One screw needed tightening out of the box. Still felt like solid value.

    Eye test was thorough and explained well. Frame choice was wide, but I did feel nudged toward premium coatings. I asked questions, they answered patiently. Glasses arrived in a week, fit adjusted on the spot, and vision is sharp. Price fair.

    I decided to update my sunglasses with new prescription lenses and placed an order on July 15. Things didn’t go as planned, though. The first pair came back after a week with a note saying they couldn't do the lenses because the frames were too big. I thought they’d figure that out before charging me. For the second pair, I got a message on August 4 saying the lenses weren’t right, and they needed more time to make new ones. It’s been over a month now, and I’m still in the dark. No glasses, no updates. I’m seriously regretting my choice and just want a refund and my glasses back. I’ll find another place to get them done.
