I've bought glasses from various places, both American and Canadian. My last order had some blurry vision, but KITS really took their time to figure out what was wrong and offered a fix, unlike other companies that don't even bother to respond. I think KITS should get more frames in stock because I’d be their biggest fan. I won’t go anywhere else. Shipping is just like any other company, but they even called me about a few days delay. They really get customer service, and this is how businesses should operate. Thanks you KITS!
