    I ordered almost $300 worth of work including shipping then they send me an email that unless I pay additional $15 for cleaning they will cancel my order. I already spent $39 to mail the frames to them. I hate when a company hold what you already spent hostage to nickel and dime you. I thought I was dealing with top of the line service not a discount airline. I used to be an Optician and I never heard anyone charging for cleaning, it is always included in the service. I paid but I will never use this service again. Here is the email from Go-Optic.com This email is being sent to inform you that your order #***** has been placed on a hold. ----------------------- Hold Reason: Frame Cleaning Required Description: Unfortunately, the condition of the frames we received is not eligible for processing. In order to proceed, it's necessary for the frames to be cleaned/sanitized prior. To assist you with this, we offer a same-day Ultrasonic Frame Cleaning Service for an additional fee of $15. This fee would be applied to the current order and payment on file. The customer may confirm the cleaning service fee to continue with the cleaning in order for us to fulfill the lens request. Otherwise, if the frames are not sanitized, we regret that we'll be unable to proceed with the order and will have to cancel the request and return the glasses to the customer. So frustrating!
