    I made a purchase on what was supposed to be a. $29 purchase and was billed $69. I immediately tried to cancel the order. I sent over 15 emails before the order shipped and they just strung me along. There is no other means of contact.

    I signed up paid in full before I was made aware there had to be someone to be present during any sessions. I lived in a rural area and it was several months before I could setup coordinate someone to help out. By then they had cancelled all services without providing any, kept my money and offered $0 refund. When I signed up they emphasized their goal of helping people, when the cancelled they only emphasized corporate policy from the fine print. Marketing department going in. Legal department covering their *** on the way out. $1,300 for literally nothing and they couldn’t possibly care less. 😪
