Good lab. I started using them after a coworker recommended it. My lab costs were getting too high, so I decided to give them a shot. At first, I wasn’t sure because their basic product was so much cheaper than the local labs I usually use. But I tried a few cases and was surprised by the good quality, even at their "classic level." I now send a decent amount of restorative work every week (been using them for about 3 months) and only had to redo about 3 crowns out of all the ones I've sent. The only downside is the slow shipping, which takes at least 3 weeks since it’s shipped internationally. It hasn’t been a big issue for me since most of my patients don’t need things done urgently. I usually send my cases at the end of the week to save on shipping. I’m also curious to try their "Elite" tier for more cosmetic work.
