    I am so frustrated and disappointed with this company! My personalized Christmas ornament looks ridiculous and they won't fix it! The preview that they sent me looks nothing like the final product and they just don't care. They sent me a preview that was up against a dark background, so I couldn't see that the groom's hair was cut off strangely, making him look like a unicorn! I sent them a picture of my actual ornament so they could see how ridiculous it looks and they just don't care! That was an enormous waste of $30! Never again!!

    The design has charm without feeling cheesy. Cart flow was fast, Apple Pay worked, and shipping options were clear before I paid. Package arrived with a fun insert and recyclable wrap. I appreciate brands that keep it light yet professional.

    Opening the box and seeing our vows laid out in our wedding colors hit me hard. I teared up, then just laughed. Nailed it.
