    I ordered 2 ornaments on December 7th for Christmas presents and they only shipped out one. I’ve been emailing them back and forth and they have not even shipped out the replacement over 1 month later nor have they refunded me the difference! Their customer service is horrible! Seems like a scam site- charge a customer for multiple times but only send out half the order! It’s now been 6 weeks and it’s impossible getting any type of resolution with these scammers.

    I order 2 sun catchers 11/22/2025 was to receive them around 12/06/2025. my credit card w.as charged then credited for $68. never received them. then tried to reorder. my new charge is over $85 ?????? WHY don't they have a phone number? There communication is no good !!!
