    Got this for my dad, he liked it, and it fits well. I made a mistake with my order too, but they let you fix it within 2 hours. Their team replied fast and sorted it out quikly. Good customer service!

    I ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas presents and they arrived pretty fast. I didn't check the packages immediately, but when I did, I realized one thing was missing. I shot an email to the company and Jessica replied quickly. She was super nice and helpful. In a couple of weeks, I got the missing item, just in time for Christmas. Everything I got was as described. One of the gifts was for my 87-year-old mom and had photos of her beloved cat on it. She absolutely loved it. Made me look like a hero! Definitely ordering from them again.

    I bought this product thinking it would be great. When it didn’t work out, I tried to return it. The company promises to get back within two days after you request a return. Well, it's been over a week now, and I've reached out multiple times. No response, just silence. It's frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service. Feeling pretty let down by this whole experience.
