    Ordered a personalised bobble hat, quality was poor and the sizing was ridiculous, would not fit my 10 year old niece, contacted customer services (what a joke) sent images etc etc, they said nothing wrong with it and I can re-order a bigger size now! cost £30 so it was not cheap, all I have to say is avoid they are a joke.

    If I could rate this Company minus, I would. Item arrived late and not as advised as per their website. The Companies website claim's to be UK based. DONT BE FOOLED. They are based in China. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Unwilling to refund and the have agreed via email that they missed their delivery date. Constantly bouncing back the same email offering a 15% discount from a future order. NO THANKS - would never ever order again from this company. Customer resolution is less than zero. They will take your money and should you have any issues, don’t hold your breath in attempting for a fair resolution. The quality is als sub-standard in terms of the item received. Fake company - pretending they are UK based. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
