Ordered some custom dog-face pajamas for my son back in December, hoping they'd make the perfect Christmas gift. But here we are, mid-February, and I still don’t have them. The tracking info said they got returned, so I reached out to Gecko's customer service. They claimed they'd shipped to the exact address I provided. Turns out, they used a sketchy shipping company from China, which then handed off to USPS. The package got sent back because they didn't include the ZIP +4.
After a lot of back and forth, Gecko insisted they had used the correct ZIP +4, but my postmaster showed me otherwise. They offered to re-ship for an extra $16, which was absurd considering the mistake was on them. Finally, they refunded me the price of the pajamas but not the shipping. So frustrating! Now I have to fight with my bank to get the rest of my money back. Definitely won’t be ordering from Gecko again.
