    The product that arrived was a huge letdown and didn’t look anything like what was shown in the ad. When I reached out to customer service, they came back with a 10% refund offer, then increased it to 20%, which still felt insulting — and that refund hasn’t shown up yet. It was a really disappointing experience from start to finish.
