I got our go-to BBQ Rub from BBQ Authority. It shipped really fast (I think we got it in just 3 days after ordering) and was exactly what we wanted. This is the third time I’ve bought from BBQ Authority, and I plan to keep doing so! The hand-written thank you note was a nice touch too!

Ordered a bunch of EasyPlants, about five or so. Most of them were great, but one started having brown leaves just a day after it arrived. Wasn't thrilled about that, so I contacted customer service. Chatted with a rep, sent them some pics, and explained what was going on. They were super helpful and promised to send a replacement plant right away. Overall, ordering from EasyPlants was a really good experience, despite the one hiccup. Customer service really came through for me. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you're in the market for some new plants.
