I decided to take a chance and order a large plant online, not really knowing what to expect. When the box arrived, I was amazed at how well it was packed. The houseplant inside was absolutely stunning and in perfect health, just as they had described. The pot is really solid, looks nice, and it's super easy to water. From placing the order to receiving the plant, everything was straightforward and smooth. The packaging was top-notch and the delivery was surprisingly fast. Definitely excited to order more plants in the future!

I’m new to the service and this is my first time so I have to say I was pretty pleased. Emmanuel came over, we discussed what needed to be done, and he gave me some quotes for other things. It took him a bit longer than my previous lawn care person, but I understand that they need time to learn the yard and get everything done. Overall, they did a great job and I’m happy with the results. The only downside is that the app is a little tricky to use. Besides that, I think you’ll be happy with the service.

Ordered a Napoleon Phantom 500 back in February and it arrived just in time for President's Day. The packaging was fantastic, kept everything secure. I'm really looking forward to putting it together and firing it up. Bbq Authority did a great job with the whole process, definitely planning to order from them again in the future.
