The flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered. What I ordered had at least a dozen long-stem pink roses with white daisies and baby's breath; the basket handle could not be seen. What was delivered was 2 short full pink roses with small roses, white daisies, and baby's breath. The handle was all showing making it look like a totally cheaper and different arraignment. I contacted the sere 3 times via email with no response. I would not recommend this company.

The flowers looked really nice and were delivered a day before the date I asked for, which was good. My experience with your AI frank was not very smooth because I wanted the flowers sent early and he did not help much. He moved me to a live agent who then sent me back to him, and I never got a call back. They said an email would be sent about my request, but it never came. Bad customer service, but the flowers were really pretty!
