I got an orchid from Easyplant as a gift, and it looked stunning at first. But within two weeks, every flower had fallen off, despite my experience with 60+ other plants and using grow lights. I reached out to Easyplant, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a response saying that some plants are sensitive to environmental changes and shipping stress, even in ideal conditions. If they know orchids are this fragile, why market them as easy for beginners?
Their response felt like they were just deflecting. They offered a replacement, but I wasn’t convinced. The plant was near the end of its bloom cycle when it arrived, so I didn’t even get to enjoy it. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything delicate from Easyplant. Stick to hardy plants, or you might end up with a sad pot of leaves and unsatisfying customer service.
