    From beginning to end this was a nightmare! I had ordered in the AM for a time sensitive delivering which they didn't deliver un till late next day sighting the couldn't get the yellow roses I had paid an additional cost for but since I didn't get them anyway the next day I would have rather they delivered on time! I have not received the refund of the roses I paid for. Also try talking to an AI guy named Frank! It is horrible! I asked to talk to a live person and three times they disconnected so spent a ridiculous amount of my time trying to talk with someone. NEVER AGAIN!

    I ordered some plants from Easyplant, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. When they arrived, I couldn't believe how well-packaged they were—absolutely no damage at all. These plants must've traveled first-class because they looked better than I do after a long flight! The customer service was a pleasant surprise too. I interacted with their AI, and it was friendlier and more polite than some people I know. Seriously, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for plants from now on. If you’re on the fence about ordering, just do it. You won't be disappointed!
