I ordered a ZZ plant, and the delivery got delayed because of weather, which makes sense. But, I didn't get any updates for about two weeks. Suddenly, I received a message saying it would arrive the next day, but I wasn't home! I reached out to support to see if we could push the delivery back. They said the notification was wrong and the order hadn't shipped yet. I sent them a screenshot of the delivery notice and asked if the plant would survive five days on the porch if it did arrive. They said no, which I figured, and suggested canceling the order. I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience, but at least I have a reason to visit a local nursery now. Better communication would've made it a 3-star experience.
