I thought a snake plant would be perfect for my son, a student unlikely to remember watering. I ordered one online, and it showed up looking nothing like the picture—just three leaves in a large pot, one broken, and another awkwardly long. Not quite what I expected. I reached out to easyplant, and they sent a replacement after a long journey of nine days. But guess what? It arrived infested, with broken tops and a sticky mess on the leaves. The whole plant seemed diseased. Getting a response from them was tough, but eventually, they gave me a credit. Still, their so-called self-watering system over-soaked the soil. Local stores had no stock, so I’m doubtful I’ll try again. Their idea sounded good, but my experience was disappointing.
