I don't know where to begin with this review as there are so many negatives relative to this company. The only reason I decided to order from SunnyFlowerDelivery.com was the unique floral arrangement I chose. My son passed from cancer complications after 4 1/2 years and I was looking for something special. I found it but unfortunately this company was the only one that offered it. When you want to place an order there were no issues, quick and easy, however, that is where it ends. Getting them to deliver to the funeral home was a problem, I wondered why, but they said they could deliver it to my home. So I paid extra for shipping to receive by 1:00 pm on a Saturday, funeral was Sunday. I would try to contact them to check the progress of my order which is a living nightmare. When you call you are greeted by "AI" Frank. The options to choose from were limited to basic order information. I wanted to speak to a "live" agent. Then you get put in a "cue" and wait. When I finally made to the next in line status the "AI" came back on you get cut off. I tried at least three times, same story. Then when you try to communicate with "AI" it said there is no cue! I emailed, texted, left messages any form of contact available. After a day goes by finally got a response. The order was being prepared. That was a lie. So 1:00pm Saturday came and went, no delivery. Went through the whole "AI" fiasco again. Finally I got to talk to a person, not much better than "AI" I could barely understand a word they said. After quite a while deciphering the conversation and being put on hold they said the florist needed more time and asked if they could deliver Monday, a big NO as the services were on Sunday. Then they said they would deliver Sunday, the DAY OF the funeral by 11:00am. I said ok. Keep in mind this was for my SON! Needless to say nothing arrived. At this point I was really losing my patience. I called the following day, same hassle with "AI" finally spoke to a person. I told them I never received the order and wanted a full refund. They asked if I wanted the flowers put in vases instead? WTF. I lost it at this point. I filed a dispute with my credit card company just to cover every base. For $242 all I got was nothing for my son's funeral, a lot of attempts to communicate, a lot of wasted time and a raging headache. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME let alone any of your money. The disappointment is beyond description on top of not having my very special floral arrangement for my son.

I decided to get a smaller Napoleon grill this time around, and it was a great choice! The variety they offer is fantastic, and the prices are just right. Browsing through the website was actually enjoyable—it’s well-organized and easy to navigate. Plus, they threw in a free Napoleon cover, which was a nice surprise. The bonus items were an added perk, and I didn’t have to wait long for the delivery; it arrived really quickly and was packaged with care. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase and how everything turned out. If you're considering a new grill, Napoleon is definitely worth checking out!

So, I got this money tree, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mess right from the start. Leaves turning brown and dropping off, definitely not what I expected. The company was cool enough to send me another one, but guess what? Same story, different day—browning and wilting after just a couple weeks. I did some digging (literally) and found the self-watering pot was keeping the soil way too wet, which is not what these plants need. I ended up draining the extra water and, surprise, things got better. But it was a hassle I didn’t see coming. I also got an Aloe Vera, and it ended up growing mold because of the same pot issue. I had to do some quick cleanup and ditch the water. So, if you’re thinking about these self-watering pots, maybe think twice. You could find similar plants at a local store for much less, and without the water drama.
