I ordered from SunnyFlowerDelivery.com, because they were the only company that could deliver the day I wanted. I received an order confirmation email. However, the email button to track your order said that there was no record of the order #, even though I checked it on the day of alleged delivery. I then called customer service and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes, only the then be automatically transferred to a voicemail to leave a recording!! I emailed customer service and also contacted their chatbot - who said delivery was on schedule and provided a tracking #. However, the tracking # was for FedEx and saying my package was in Missouri(?!) despite the delivery set for Arizona! I called the other number for new orders and got connected to a foreign call center representative, who flat-out lied saying he was located at a local florist shop in Arizona. I'm calling my credit card company now to halt/refund the payment and flag it as the SCAM that it is!
