    All of my orders were great, except for the mouth guard. When it came, it looked like it had been opened before. The fitting instructions were missing because the packaging was torn. I wasn't sure about returning it, as it would be my word against the shipper’s. I never had this happen before. Even so, I would not think twice about ordering from this company again. Everything else I’ve received has been good.

    I recently bought an item, but it didn’t fit right. I figured returning it would be straightforward. But since I didn’t have the "original" box anymore, they knocked off 10% from my refund. To top it off, I had to cover the shipping costs, which were more than $60. That really stung. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed and won’t be shopping there again. Just a heads-up if you’re thinking about buying from them—make sure you keep everything, including the box, or you might end up losing more money than you expected.

    I had a good time shopping at Casas Padel and I will for sure shop there again. The customer service was nice when one of the items I ordered wasn’t available.
