    I purchased a retro LFC Green and White top after reading many of the positive reviews. I didn't mind waiting for a delivery but when it arrived it wasn't great quality and having owned one of the original tops, I felt the material wasn't good and the collar is really high and I reckon only Harry Hill could away with wearing it! I have asked for a refund and it obviously needs to be returned first but the returns need to be sent by recorded delivery to Australia which there is no mention of on their website so anyone in the UK purchasing from them should consider this if the item turns up and isn't as expected.

    The package arived all squished, but the item inside was okay. I tried to send it back and found out it would cost $96 with UPS because the box is really big. There wasn’t any return label included, so now I gotta keep it.

    When I got my package, it looked like it'd been through a rough journey, but the stuff inside was okay. Then, I realized I needed to send it back. Tried checking the return process, and to my surprise, the shipping cost was $96 with UPS due to the package size. Seriously, that was way too much. No pre-paid return label made it even worse. Now, I'm stuck with a package I don’t really need. It's frustrating when return policies aren't clear or convenient. Companies really need to think about the customer’s side of things when it comes to returns. It's not just about buying, but also about making sure returns are hassle-free.
