    I tried to return something I ordered, and they said they'd respond in 48 hours. Well, it's been more than four days, and still nothing! I'm starting to feel a bit ignored here. I thought it would be a quick process, but now I'm stuck waiting and wondering what’s going on. I’m planning to send another request to see if that gets things moving. It’s frustrating because I just want to sort this out and move on. I hope they get back to me soon because this is turning into more of a hassle than I expected. We'll see if the next request does the trick.

    I had a bit of a hiccup with my order; two items showed up a bit worse for wear thanks to the shipping process. I reached out to customer service, and they were absolutely amazing. They quickly sorted everything out and, thankfully, didn't make me send the heavy items back, which saved me a lot of hassle and expense. The team was really friendly and understanding, turning what could've been a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. It's rare to find such responsive and kind service these days.
