I had a bit of a tech hiccup with my Fire TV—it was stuck buffering, and my internet speeds seemed fine, but something was off. I was using AT&T, and everything was configured correctly, or so I thought. Then I reached out to the chat support at ConnecTen, and Angel was there to save the day. Angel suggested switching over to T-Mobile, and just like that, my TV was back up and running, and my work connection improved, too.
