Saw it was a VoIP marketing line and hit block without second guessing. Felt empowered in 10 seconds flat.

    ASPnix Web Hosting

Migrated an ASP.NET Core app. Ticketed migration help was swift, and DNS cutover was clean. Performance is snappy and nightly backups give peace of mind. Status page transparency is appreciated. Pricing fair for the features.

    Utility Warehouse

Not very happy with UW… My brother was initially with British Gas for his electricity supply and was paying £63 per month which was stretching his monthly budget. UW called him and convinced him that he could save at least £10 a month with them. No mention of having to sign up to multiple services to get this. He signed up for the saving – no issue with British Gas – no exit fee from them at all – easy transfer. Month 1 and he has to pay £68… an increase of £5 over BG. Tried calling them to discuss – hours sat on hold on the phone. 3rd attempt and after being on hold for 90 minutes he gets to speak to them – only then do they explain about the fact that you have to sign up to multiple services to get discounts. They persuade his to switch his mobile phone service – convincing him that he would get 10Gb of data per month for £5… a saving against his Tesco mobile deal and lots of savings on his electricity. 2nd month and no change to his electricity bill – so now paying a total of £73 for his electricity and mobile phone service – exactly the same as he was with BG and Tesco. However the mobile phone service is awful and patchy, the data top up process is dreadful and still no “discounts”. 4 months later and now no better off, he switches his phone back to Tesco – massively better – and switches his electricity over to Octopus, easily contacted and super helpful. A £75 exit fee was the cost on top of the same costs for the prior 4 months – zero savings and hours spent trying to contact customer services to discuss – estimated over 9 hours on hold on the phone. Wasted time on WhatsApp messages and emails. App and website are useless compared to other providers…. No recommended unless you read the small print and do not mind sitting on the phone on hold for hours….
