I had a pretty great time with Allconnect today. Was trying to figure out which utility company to go with, and their team was just fantastic. Honestly, it felt like chatting with friends who actually know their stuff. Amy and Kermoy were super patient, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated that. It's rare to find service where you don't feel like just another customer, you know? Felt more like a friendly chat than a sales pitch, and it made the whole process so much easier. Definitely recommend if you're in the same boat and need some guidance.

So, I was chatting with this rep about getting some internet hooked up in my new place, right? Gave her all the details she needed, and she recommends "AT&T air." But here's the kicker: it's not even compatible with my house and costs way more, like $65 compared to the $25 offers I saw elsewhere. Plus, the connection isn’t great. It's like, did she even listen to what I needed? Feels like they need to train their reps better to actually find the best deal for people, instead of just throwing random options at them. I was hoping for more help, but ended up more confused than ever.
