Just keep away from this internet provider. their "technician" cancelled the appointment which scheduled by them. i returned the modem 1 june and it has been delivered at 2nd june according to canada post tracking system. Oxio customer support initially informed me they did not receive (ocio does not have phone number or physical address though). when i send canada post tracking page ss customer agency told me sorry i missed, once we scan the package we will return the balance and it can take up to 10 business days (imagine how many returns they are getting and scanning takes 10 days). just keep away. wasting time and money.
