I initially checked out the site after a YouTube review. Soon after, Tyler reached out to inform me about the package options and their costs. I felt the upfront cost was a bit high. However, I appreciate that pausing the service is an option. I picked the unlimited 4G plan and am generally pleased. Remember, you need to contact them each time you move to get the best signal. Their customer service is quite good, though I’m not a fan of having to set things up with every move. Not a major issue.

I was amazed by how smooth this whole

I was amazed by how smooth this whole process was. Spoke with Tyler who answered all my questions in a way that was easy to follow. The product shipped promptly and arrived right on schedule. During setup, I hit a snag (forgot his advice), so I contacted their support. Got it sorted in less than a minute. Who does that now? It functions perfectly. If you need RV internet, seriously, this is the place to choose.

As an RVer who moves around a lot, finding reliable wifi at different spots can be tough. Yet, Connecten has been helpful in keeping us connected somewhat no matter where we go. They are quick to assist when signals are low. I appreciate thier service.

Great company! They reply pretty quick.

Great company! They reply pretty quick. Sadly, I’m in a place with poor signal and can’t fix the problem I’m having to connect my gadgets to the router. I hope that once I am in a better frequence area, I will be able to link my devices.
