I accidentally deleted my website y2sol.com from my VPS, and the last backup I had was over a month old. Although it wasn't UltaHost's responsibility and recovery services weren't included in my package, Paul from UltaHost managed to recover my VPS using a backup that was only 2 days old. Thanks to his efforts, all my data was restored, and my website is now fully operational again. This experience truly highlights the exceptional customer service at UltaHost.
