I've had a really poor experience

I've had a really poor experience with this hosting service. It's not recommended, especially if you're considering hosting a Node.js website. The server doesn't respond properly, and when you bring it up with them, they just brush it off, claiming it's not their issue. I'm unsure about how their business is doing in 2024.

I recently signed up for InMotion hosting and needed to move my existing website from another provider. I submitted a ticket to Tech Support 46 hours ago, asking them to perform the promised "Free cPanel Backup import" for a smooth setup. Unfortunately, all I've received so far is the standard acknowledgment of my request. Considering they claim to offer support "365 24/7," waiting this long feels excessively lengthy. While I anticipate the hosting service itself to be satisfactory once I'm finally set up, the delay in getting assistance is making me rethink my decision. It seems like navigating the process without needing support might be the key challenge here.

When faced with a genuine problem, they evade responsibility by redirecting you to speak with a developer. It's a clear case of false assurances and inadequate customer support.
