The website ain't so user-friendly.

The website ain't so user-friendly. Info won't load, and talking to someone live ain't easy. The chat sends you to the wrong number or department. Xfinity's a tough nut to crack. This shouldn't be so hard.

Overpriced scam.

Overpriced scam. They exploit your data for endless sales calls. They contract most workers overseas so they ain't all 'Murican. Hiked my bill by 50% every year. Didn't give a hoot till I split. Slapped me with fees for router return, even though I handed it in at the store. Wish 'em a fiery fate or quick cancer demise.

I've been with Xfinity for around

I've been with Xfinity for around a year. Generally, I'm satisfied. Speed is as advertised. Price after all discounts... acceptable. Customer service is way better than it used to be in the Comcast days. The issue is the modem/router. They're bad. I've had to replace mine thrice. Been in line at customer service with folks who replaced even more. Just ditch the awful black boxes. Range is awful. Would gladly use my own... if I could.
