    I love the map and filters, but once in a while a phantom slot vanishes at checkout. Credits work, just not everywhere, so I plan around it.

    Agent replied within a few hours, but my Hot Deal cancel could only be a credit. Clear explanation, still frustrating when rain pops up last minute.

    Scam site. I booked 4 tee times and pre-paid $138 per player. One of my friends got hurt and could not play and I cancelled one tee time 5 days in advance. Since the tee time was a "hot deal", they would not refund my money but gave me a credit on my account that expires in 6 months and can only be used for "hot deals" $138 that I will never see again.
