    I ordered a watch, excited to get it, but it took forever to arrive. I had to reach out to them just to find out when it would ship. When it finally showed up, there was this weird fake link with it. I contacted them about it, and they promised to sort it out, but nothing happened. Now, I'm stuck having to get a third-party to verify the authenticity because there are wrong parts in the watch band. It's really frustrating. The customer service was pretty disappointing, and I felt like they weren't really interested in fixing the issues. It’s been a hassle, and now I have to deal with getting it authenticated.

    I decided to buy a Cartier Panthère midsize watch, and after a long chat comparing sizes, I somehow ended up with a small one instead. I even used a digital caliper to show the measurements, sent photos and videos, and did side-by-side comparisons, but the seller kept insisting they sent the right watch. They even sent me pictures of a totally different watch to back up their claim. After hours of frustrating exchanges, another person finally admitted the mistake and asked for the watch back for a refund instead of just sending the correct size. Mistakes happen, but the whole situation was handled poorly. I wouldn't recommend going through private sellers or intermediaries unless there's strong buyer protection in place.

    I was concerned at first, but all my doubts vanished when I received my watch. What a great quality peace. Took about 25 days but I was expecting that as its from Canada and I'm in Australia. They are well priced, much cheaper and authentic. Waiting for my next piece to come.
