    I ordered some exotic Pan Cyan spores and they arrived looking like a piece of yarn in the syringe. I tried shaking it to get the spores to unclump with no luck. After closer inspection it looks as if there is either mycelium or some other whitish fungus inside my supposed sterile syringe. Customer service couldn't care less and basically closes any "ticket" you have without providing any assistance. If you want reliable and safe, don't use sporeworks
