I paid full price for shoes from Schutz and had a very frustrating experience. The first pair didn’t fit and was extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, I was told I could only exchange—leaving me with a $30 credit that forced me to spend even more.
The exchanged order arrived with multiple issues: the sneakers had inserts that were two different thicknesses, making them unwearable, and the other pair was missing jewels, painfully stiff, and much larger than expected.
When I went back to exchange or return, I was told the items were no longer eligible because they had gone on sale—even though the entire site was discounted when I purchased, and I had emailed multiple times beforehand asking what would happen if they didn’t fit. No one responded.
Now I’m stuck with damaged, ill-fitting, very expensive shoes and no customer support. This experience felt unfair and incredibly disappointing. I won’t be ordering again.
oh, and their site you can’t review their shoes on their website and you can’t talk to a live person chat or on the phone!
