    I ordered women's shoes in November. Delivery took awhile. I was ok with that. Finally tried the shoes on. For me the size 7 did not work for me. Too large. Since then I have been trying to receive info to return the shoes and receive my refund. I continue to receive message. Someone will contact you within 24 hours. NOT TRUE!!! I have received that message at least 10-15 times. No help! Here it is 2 months past and I am still waiting for someone to send me info to return them and to receive my refund. Oh weeks ago someone sent message that once they receive a my confirmation that I want refund they would send me more info. NEVER DID!!!! that was 3 weeks ago. 😒

    I order shoes 12 wide and both came in narrow!! Plus their system didnt confirm my private into so they either x are scammers or g hey are connected to another buiness that has my private info now my CC!!! So disjointed in customer service in not getting back to in a time L y manner to get info of where to send the shoes back to then for a full refund if at all possiabe so they get the shies before their 30 day refund time!!!! Very disappointed because I thought I found a good place to help with my feet at a cheaper price than going through a specialist foot doctor!!! shoes!!!

    ⭐️ I paid full price for shoes from Schutz and had a very frustrating experience. The first pair didn’t fit and was extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, I was told I could only exchange—leaving me with a $30 credit that forced me to spend even more. The exchanged order arrived with multiple issues: the sneakers had inserts that were two different thicknesses, making them unwearable, and the other pair was missing jewels, painfully stiff, and much larger than expected. When I went back to exchange or return, I was told the items were no longer eligible because they had gone on sale—even though the entire site was discounted when I purchased, and I had emailed multiple times beforehand asking what would happen if they didn’t fit. No one responded. Now I’m stuck with damaged, ill-fitting, very expensive shoes and no customer support. This experience felt unfair and incredibly disappointing. I won’t be ordering again. oh, and their site you can’t review their shoes on their website and you can’t talk to a live person chat or on the phone!
