The shoes look good but the break (where the top of the shoe bends when you move your foot) pressed and hurt the top of my foot even after trying different sizes so I started a return. I paid extra for the "free, no hassle return" but then they charged me a 10% restocking fee. Customer service answered quickly but didn’t change their mind. I guess the fine print showed this fee, and I should have checked better, but most sellers make that very clear when you buy or don’t charge it. Amazon, Zappos, and others just make it way easier. Wish I hadn’t trusted this compnay.
