    I placed an order for shoes, but when the intended person chose not to keep them, I canceled the order within the one-hour window outlined in the company’s policy. After contacting them, I was told I would need to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, even though I followed their rules and they didn't. It's not worth dealing with a company that doesn't consistently follow its own guidelines.

    The shoes are good like always! One pair doesn’t fit right and I need to return them, but the other 3 are really nice!
