    Right away, we got help from the wonderful, famous, friendly, skilled, one-of-a-kind, captivating Nicholas + the team. He stood by us no matter what. If the world ended now, I’d call Nicholas because besides the help, we could chat in French, Dutch, and English. Just as surprised as I entered the shop, I left feeling happier with my uggs.     This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought anything. My experience was just like many others have said. I ordered from a company that says it’s in California. My shoes came from China and took 34 days to get here. I asked for help many times and even though I got answers, they didn’t help at all. When the shoes finally came, they didn’t fit and looked very cheap. The quality was really bad. I tried to return them but found out I have to send them back to China. I checked the cost and it will be more than my refund. This company is a total scam.
