Bought Merrell shoes recently, and wow, what a letdown. The quality's really slipped—ended up with a hole on the side pretty quickly. Managed to patch it up myself, but that's not what you expect from a brand like this, right? Tried reaching out to their customer service, filled out all the forms, waited...and waited. It's been over two weeks and still nothing from them. Kinda feels like I'm talking to a wall. Used to love Merrell for their durability and support, but now I'm questioning if I'll go back. Just wish they'd care a bit more about their customers and stand behind their products.
