After adjusting the quantity, the system unexpectedly reset my selections to default without updating the preview image. This mix-up led to receiving an attachment I didn’t choose, which was also reflected on the invoice. It was a bit frustrating because I thought I’d get what I picked. A small gesture like a $10 store credit would have been nice, but there was nothing of the sort. Makes me think about looking elsewhere where my business might be valued more.
