They try to trick you unto keeping your subscription and then continue to charge after you unsubscribe. Email to the customer service address is "undeliverable." Still trying to figure out how to get my money back and stop future charges. If you google, you'll find plenty of others in the same situation. Untrustworthy, unethical. Stay away.

The quality of their product is great. They’re the only company I found that offers a mug with a marble pattern all over, including the handle, base, and inside. They also have the lowest price available. Very happy.

I was really hoping to try out this service for a few months to see if it fits with my kids. Honestly, I'm getting kinda tired of these companies forcing you to pay for a whole year upfront. Why not just let us pay monthly? Even if it's a bit more per month, I'd be willing to do that. It'd be great to have the option to save some money if you decide to pay for the entire year, but not everyone wants to commit to that right away.
