Here's what happened with me:
I saw the advertisement on Instagram about Space, Galaxies courses. I am a stargazer and of corse this interested me a lot. Seemed like a dream, everything I ever wanted!
So I did the subscription on the website and when I received this email to Install the app, I saw it was an app for all subjects and nothing specialized in space!!! I was so so disappointed and I wanted to cancel immediately.
Complicated, cause in the app, there was no subscription at all, even login in… They were inviting me to pay again and subscribe.
So I tried to login with the account I had finished on the website. Guess what, nothing there. I went to the website again and finally found, clicking on my profile, the subscriptions made: App and Infographics (WTH is this???) - charged 49.99 and 19.99 - but in my credit card balance I see these two amounts + 9.99. Which means I payed 80.00 for nothing (cause my space professional course doesn’t exists).
I cancelled the 2 subscriptions but I want a refund cause I wont use it.
