    I needed some stuff for a last-minute event and stumbled upon this company. The ordering process was a breeze, really simple and quick. I was a bit worried about delivery times, but the package arrived faster than expected. When we opened it up, everything was just what we hoped for. Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Definitely planning on ordering from them again for our next event.

    I recently got some Full Color Digital Foam Collapsible Coolies and was pretty disappointed. Thought I was getting a full-color product, but turns out, only the outside is black while the inside is white. This detail wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description or shown in the pictures, which feels a bit misleading. When I brought it up with customer service, they just gave me a 15% discount, which didn't feel enough. Asked for a remake, and they pointed me to some vague disclaimer about foam color variations. Nowhere did it say the inside and outside would be different colors. Overall, the quality felt cheap and the customer service was dismissive. Definitely not what I was expecting.
