After a few emails and phone calls, they offered to refund just 40% of that one shirt and wouldn’t even consider sending a replacement. I mean, seriously? I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. It’s frustrating to think I have to cover their mistake. I’m definitely not going to be a return customer.
