I decided to order some drink coolers for my wedding, hoping they'd add a nice touch to our big day. After placing the order, they sent me a proof to check out, and I was thrilled with how it looked. I gave them the thumbs up, and soon after, the coolers arrived. The timing was perfect, and they looked even better in person. The quality was top-notch, and they fit the vibe of our wedding perfectly. It was such a relief to have something go so smoothly during the wedding prep. Everyone loved them, and they were a big hit. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add a little extra flair to their event.

I decided to make a custom shirt online the other day, and it was mostly a smooth ride. The design process was super easy, and I had fun picking colors and fonts. But, here's the kicker—I didn't notice a typo in my text, and it went unnoticed. I wish the design team had a feature to catch spelling errors or maybe just double-checked before printing. Now, I've got this cool shirt that I can only wear around the house. It's a bit frustrating, but I guess it's partly on me. Overall, the process was enjoyable, but a little extra attention to detail would make it perfect.

I ordered a t-shirt expecting it to be silk screened, just like customer service assured me. But when it finally arrived—10 days late, mind you—it was an iron-on! Not what I was promised at all. I had double-checked with them before ordering, and they gave me the wrong info. So frustrating. Waiting that long just to be disappointed is not cool. It's not just about the delay, but also the fact that I didn't get what I was told I would. The whole experience left a bad taste, and I'm not sure I'd trust them again. Communication and delivery need a serious upgrade.
