    Mon amie *** m'a recommandé Resma Safaris, et je suis ravie de l'avoir écoutée ! J'étais un peu sceptique au départ, car le prix était nettement inférieur à celui des autres agences. Mais le service a été tout le contraire de ce que je craignais : absolument exceptionnel. De notre arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'au dernier jour, tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Le personnel de l'hôtel était fantastique, et notre chauffeur/guide, tout simplement formidable. Un immense merci à eux pour cette expérience inoubliable. Je recommande vivement Resma Safaris !

    The prices they post are not the price you will get. We were quoted $547 for our flight and they contacted us a couple of days later and said that flight was no longer available and now we have to pay $1800. Our original flight was "non refundable" so we could not get our money back, even though we had not gotten any tickets yet. We went to the American Airline Site and found the original flight was still available. This company is dishonest and I would classify them as a SCAM! We are warning everyone to not be fooled. Stay completely away from them.

    BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. ORDERED PLANE TICKETS, AND INSTEAD OF SENDING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YOU'RE FLOODED WITH CALLS TO CONFIRM AGAIN AND REQUESTS FOR MORE MONEY> THEN THEY RTRIED TO CHARGE TWO FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD>
