    Luis did an amazing job helping us find a great price during a busy season, and the fare we paid was way better than most other options—about 60-70% less. Luis' replies were super quick and very clear. I'd be happy to work with Luis again! FFA should think about updating their GTM approach. They do offer excellent fares that are hard to beat, but it feels like they sometimes advertise deals that aren’t really available (check BBB reviews). If they just promoted their real strengths—fair prices, helpful advisors, and honest service (as shown by trust plot feedback), they could build even more "trustibality."
