    Dan Li organized our trip to Japan and Singapore without any problems, and it was really simple to coordinate with him. His customer service was really good. We also enjoyed the company of our guides John and Yukiko in Japan, and Cindy in Singapore. They were all very experienced, spoke excellent English, and made sure we had a nice time. Overall, we had a good time with UME.
