    I booked a discounted DFW–DAC fare shown on the website and paid the listed amount. An hour later I received a call saying the ticket was unavailable and they urged me to rebook for the following month with no checked baggage and no carry-on allowed on an intercontinental flight. I refused that date and objected to the baggage restriction, and I requested a refund, which they denied. I spoke with multiple representatives but could neither obtain a refund nor a valid ticket. I have filed a dispute with my Amex and hope they resolve it. I plan to report this company to the FTC. THEY ARE SCAMMERS located in India.

    Wow, let me tell you about my recent stay. I thought it'd be a decent choice, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The place was not only outdated but also not clean at all. I mean, you expect a certain level of comfort, right? But nope, not here. The customer service was just terrible. Tried getting some help with my room, and they were not helpful. It's like they weren't even listening. Felt like I was being lied to every time I asked a question. Honestly, it was a nightmare from start to finish. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
