    Worst customer service. I never saw this kind of experience in my whole life. Didn't receive ticket ,not able to cancel,no customer service response,no email relpys. Very very worst

    SCAM SCAM SCAM I had one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had with BookOnline.com. I booked a reservation on January 18 and quickly realized I needed to cancel. When I tried less than 24 hrs later, I was told I was not eligible for a refund — but the cancellation policy they referenced said the deadline was January 16, which was BEFORE I even made the reservation. I contacted BookOnline multiple times and they insisted it was the hotel’s responsibility. I called the hotel and they said the opposite — it was a third-party reservation and the hotel could not cancel/refund it. BookOnline refused to resolve the issue or take accountability, so I had to file a DISPUTE with my credit card company. This whole experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. SCAM SCAM SCAM I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead.

    Het was onze eerste keer dat we met Djoser op reis gingen, en wat een avontuur was het! We kwamen terecht op de meest uiteenlopende plekken, en de accommodaties en excursies waren echt gevarieerd. We konden zelf kiezen wat we wilden doen, dat was super. Het voelde allemaal goed georganiseerd aan, en dan hadden we nog Petra als reisbegeleidster. Zij was gewoon geweldig, altijd klaar om te helpen en met een glimlach. Ze zorgde ervoor dat alles vlotjes verliep en gaf ons tips die je nergens anders zou krijgen. Het was werkelijk een onvergetelijke ervaring, eentje die we zeker opnieuw willen beleven. Djoser heeft ons echt verrast!
