    We paid this company for a vacation package and upon booking they charged us an extra $120 and then took us over a week to get our confirmation email. Then on the DAY OF our reservation they called and told me that our reservation was "auto canceled" and that I would have to pay an upcharge of $360 to re-book it. Complete scam.

    Zelo razočarani nad agencijo ,potovanje smo rezervirali 6 m pred terminom in je pisalo zagotovljen odhod . Desed dni pred odhodom (po zakonu je najmanj 20 dni)pa so odpovedali -premalo prijavljenih in ponudili 100 eur bon kot opravičilo …. Žalostno ,da so mislili da mi 100 eur lahko pokrije dopust katerega moram preživeti doma

    After a decade with Airbnb and 37 stays, I hit a snag. Had a minor spill from a cooler that barely touched the hardwood, but the host claimed $44k in damages—seriously?! I challenged that ridiculous claim, and after 2 months, Airbnb decided to give him $10k, and this was 6 months after my stay! They demanded I pay the $10k, and when I asked for proof of repairs and their so-called "investigation" report, they just shut down my account. Honestly, the customer service was atrocious. Can't recommend them anymore and I'm spreading the word to everyone I know. If there was an option for less than 1 star, I'd take it in a heartbeat.
