I received a vacation after attending a bridal expo. I booked and canceled my hotel stay in the same day(March 2025) , after deciding to go another direction. We planned on booking again in the fall. After paying $280, I was assured that I would receive a refund in 7-14 business days which is pretty normal. Here it is the end of June and after calling multiple times, each representative says the same thing “due to a system failure we are not issuing refunds. When the system is back up, we will issue a refund” they do not give you any kind of timeline on when the system will be back up. I don’t understand and I will certainly not be booking with them again and leaving reviews with the bridal expo as well
