This place is a lifesaver. Between my wife and me, we've probably ordered around 18 times, and they always have our top picks ready. Even shipping all the way to Wyoming is quick—usually takes about 3 days, processing and all. There was this one time I needed to cancel an order because, well, let's just say I wasn't thinking straight and money was tight. Reached out to support, asked for a cancel and refund, and they just did it, no hassle. Seriously, no questions asked. That kind of service is rare, and because of it, this is our go-to spot for sure.

You know, ordering from them was quite an experience. I placed my order, and everything seemed fine until the package arrived. One of the items was missing, and it turns out it was out of stock. They did refund me for it, but no one bothered to inform me beforehand. Not even a quick email or call to explain or apologize. And there wasn't even a packing slip with the delivery, which made it confusing to figure out what happened. Communication was seriously lacking, and it left me feeling a bit frustrated. I've never dealt with such poor communication from a company before. It’s kind of disappointing because I expected better service.

I ordered something online and thought I was safe with delivery insurance, but my package never showed up. Turns out, it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to ECM, thinking they'd help since I paid for insurance. Instead, they shrugged it off and told me to handle it with FedEx myself. It felt like they were passing the buck, and I was left wondering why I even bothered paying for insurance in the first place. It was frustrating because I expected better support from them. Now, I'm stuck dealing with FedEx, trying to sort out this mess. Not what I signed up for, really.
