    Ordered some stuff online, right? They had this BOGO deal going on, so I grabbed two of them. But the website wouldn’t let me add the second free item. Thought it was weird, but the total seemed fine, so I just went with it. Figured they’d know nobody would skip a freebie, right? Sent them an email just to be sure, but got crickets back. When the package showed up, there were only three items inside. Kind of bummed, trying to sort it out with them now. If they keep ghosting me, I might have to start shopping somewhere else. Customer service should be better than this, don't you think?

    I’ve always loved shopping at ECigmafia, but my last experience left me frustrated. I had carefully put together my holiday order, only to receive an email a few hours later saying it was cancelled. I tried using a couple of partial gift cards but had to wait for my wife to get home to use her card. I was worried about the order arriving too late, so I considered trying another site. I've always trusted ECigmafia for their selection and fast shipping, but now I’m feeling uncertain. I might have to visit a store tomorrow or find a new online option. It’s disappointing because ECigmafia has always been reliable and the staff friendly. I just wish they’d given me a heads-up about payment issues before cancelling.

    The problem is them... quality control, poor customer service,refusal of refunds for possibly contaminated products, personally opened my package to smell mold and now they are saying oh we need photos and videos and we will get back to you in 24 hours BS company DO NOT TRUST. GO WITH ***
