    Tried ordering a limited bourbon and the site took my payment, but fulfillment dragged with vague updates. Support was slow to reply and I started to worry the bottle wasn’t really in stock. I pushed for a resolution and eventually got a refund, which took longer than I liked. Packaging on a previous smaller order was solid, so it isn’t all bad, but for pricey bottles I’ll use a card with strong dispute protection.

Delivery landed quickly and the flower looked fresh, not tired or dry. COAs were linked in my order history, which saved me a step. Prices swing a bit with availability, so you’ve got to watch the page. I felt taken care of when something went sideways, which matters more to me than a perfect catalog.
