    1. Customer service is not good. The only way to get in touch is through email, and when you call, it goes straight to an automated message saying the office is closed because of covid, which is ridiculous. 2. Returns and exchanges are expensive. They make you pay a $25 fee for restocking if you want to exchange and also cover the shipping costs to send the item back. They don't give you return labels. 3. Bought 2 white suits and both arrived with black marks on them.

    Used to be a solid outfitter. Good suits and shirts for a fair price. But now, the quality is terible. Dress shirts are too thin; suits as well, even Reserve brand (which used to be $1200 - $1350, now $475-$650). I got a dress shirt and tie. Shirt had a rip (they covered it with a sticker, so clearly a return, re-sent) and tie had a snag. Shipping is so slow now (my package sat in a FedEx warehouse 4 days, then 3 more in another, now stuck in the one close to me, still not here). Takes 10+ days to get clothing that’s poor quality or damaged. There are better options, as Jos A Bank has really gone downhill.

    I honestly don't know where to begin. My wife has warned me multiple times to avoid this company, but I kept giving them another shot and they let me down each time. You end up paying for return shipping, but then they won't refund you for restocking fees or the "original shiping fee." I returned my last item 2 weeks ago. They got it but have not replied to my messages since then. They promised me $30 to keep the item, but I turned down their offer and chose to return it. I've already filed a dispute with my bank for a full refund because this company only gives back about half of what I paid. They've done that before. Worst customer service ever. They won't pick up the phone. If you're lucky, you'll get a response to emails after about two weeks. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING AFTER ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. We might need to report them to the proper authorities.
