    SCAM!! Horrible, horrible, horrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes ($142) which took a while to get here, but okay. However, the shoes I ordered weren’t the ones they sent. They were a completly different style and the wrong size. I emaled customer service, which was the start of an unbelievable experience. No responce, so I tried calling. They had the phone set to n calls, a bad sign. Then I checked Trustpilot and I saw all of the horror stories that were very simillar to mine. To my surprise, they finally answered my email. They said they changed the style so they sent these shoes. What?!?! They never addresed the size isue. I told them I want a prepaid label to send the shoes back with a 100% refund. They started to bargain with me—first they said they’d credit me for $20, then $30, finally up to $60. I mean, come on!! Then, out of the blue they sent me an email with a prepaid label and they said they’d credit me when they received them. I sent them back and…crickets. No credit. I had to put in a claim on my credit card. Oh, and the shoes I ordered—the ones that they changed the style for—are still on the website. Scam.

    Awful customer service and IMPOSSIBLE to return due to sizing issues! I've been trying to return a tux we bought for my son and haven't heard back from their email in a week. We measured and ordered based on their size chart, but it's too small. When you call, they tell you to email. You email and hear nothing back. It's a big mistake and waste of money! Such a scam. Going to report to BBB!

    Total rip-off! Absolutely terrible. I bought two pairs of shoes ($142) and it took forever to arrive, fine. But guess what? They sent me totally different shoes! Wrong style, wrong size. I emailed them and it was a nightmare. When they finally replied, they said they changed the style so tough luck. They ignored the size issue completely. Then I checked Trustpilot and saw all the horror stories. I demanded a prepaid label for a full refund. They haggled with me—first $20, then $30, finally $60. Seriously? Then suddenly they sent a label and promised a refund when they got the shoes back. I sent them back and...nothing.
