    Awful Customer Service and IMPOSSIBLE to return because of sizing! I’ve been attempting to return a tux we ordered for my son and haven’t heard back from the email for a week. We followed their size chart and the tux is too small. You try calling and they tell you to email. You email and get no reply. Worst decision and total waste of money! Such a scam. Will report to BBB!

    White suite came with a mark on it. Tried to contact them many times but no luck—chat don't work and phone keeps saying "we are not availble". Also sent a bunch of emails and still no reply.
