My experience was very poor. I placed an order for a tux, the total came to 210.00. For two weeks, I received shipping updates, but on the day it was supposed to arrive, it didn’t. I called FedEx two days later, and they told me the item was never sent. I didn’t check the reviews until after the order failed to show up. Be careful, they never answer the phone. After emailing multiple times, I received a message saying, “I will look into this and get back to you,” but no name or apology was given. When I replied, there was no response. If you face this issue, dispute the charge immediately. I wouldn’t suggest buying from them. Luckily, my credit card company helped me get my money back.
