This company has bad customer service, very rude. Also, their clothes are low quality and cheap. Some things can't be returned, and they don't give you much money back. Don't buy from them.

The company's refusal to give me a refund over a tiny hair or speck of fluff is just ridiculous! I only wore the item once to try it on and then neatly packed it back for return since it didn't fit right. I won't be buying anything from them in the future. Be cautious!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite returning several hundred dollars' worth of merchandise that was unworn and in its original packaging, my return was rejected. We had bought items in different sizes with the intention of returning those that didn't fit. After carefully repackaging everything, we were shocked to have our return denied. This seems to be a common issue with this company currently. In response, we have marked the charge as fraudulent on our credit card statement and will not be purchasing from them again.

My last experience with this company left much to be desired

My last experience with this company left much to be desired. Despite following their return process, my request was denied due to what they claimed was a "perfume smell" and signs of use on the item. This is unacceptable; my daughter simply tried on the sweats briefly. Their refusal and lack of customer service are disappointing.
