    If you need to update your business information, please email our support team, and we’ll make the changes for you. Shortly, you’ll be able to do this yourself: once you’ve claimed your business profile, simply log in to your account and go to your business dashboard. There, you’ll be able to update your contact details, business description, hours, and images. Keeping your business profile accurate helps attract more positive reviews and ratings.

  • Why does my email need to match my business domain when registering?

    We require a domain-matching email (e.g., [email protected]) to confirm that you officially represent the business. This helps protect business profiles from unauthorised claims and ensures trust between businesses and users.

  • I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

    Please check all your email folders, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social, and Updates. Make sure you entered your email address correctly. If the issue persists, contact our support team, and we’ll assist you manually.

  • How can I respond to a customer review?

    After claiming your business profile, log in and go to your dashboard. Find the review you want to respond to and click “Reply.” Write your response, thank the reviewer, and address any concerns. Responding to feedback shows you value your customers and helps build trust.

  • Why should I respond to both positive and negative reviews?

    Responding to all reviews, including positive and negative feedback, shows you care about your customers’ experiences. Thanking reviewers for positive ratings and addressing concerns in negative reviews can improve your reputation and encourage more honest feedback.
