    Last month, I bought a red Labubu for my granddaughter. I sent several emails asking about my order, but I still haven’t got any answer. My granddaughter keeps saying, “Papa, is my red Labubu arriving today?” I tried calling the company, but I don’t know Japanese and ended up paying for an international call.

    I bought something in the summer sale not long ago, but soon after, I found out it was out of stock. Tegan from customer service was great, did more than I expected to help me. She gave me a £25 discount for the problem and even got the item restocked. Amazing service, amazing support, and really good quality stuff.

    Do not purchase unless 100% keeping the item(s) as the company makes it difficult and extremely long to return anything. You also have to pay for return postage and they insist on a tracking number. Then silence…..from start to now I am STILL waiting on my refund and have no replies to my follow up emails to their support address. They hope you won’t return anything and if you do they make it so challenging they want you to give up. Never experienced anything like the amount of emails I have had to go through!! Frustrating that they can just take your money. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again!!!!
