I ringed in panik coz I'm 6 wks from wed day n my orig ordered dress aint comin, found out it's out of stock. I called Bridal Palace, they said come, they helped, it was gr8, they were nice, not pushy at all! Found perfect dress, can't wait to wear it!
Bought a Dress needed for an event quickly & realized it may not arrive in time. Bought standard shipping & emailed customer service to see if I could pay for upgrade to express. The kind customer service agent upgraded me for free! So thankful for this experience!
As usual, their stuff is good quality and never disappoints. Shipping, though, is like, super slow 99% of the time. I get it's from China, but if you want my real review, shipping's where you need to get better.
