Finally, I don’t need to convince you about the quality and design of Cleens products, it’s clear since the products speak for themselves. What I can promise is the effort, work, and fast service Cleens gives to make sure customers are happy. Not just CLEENS but truly CLEEN!

The delivery was great and the trainers are really good.

The delivery was great and the trainers are really good. The only problem was when I signed up, it said I’d get £10 off, but that never came through. I emailed Cleens but didn’t get any answer. I know £10 isn’t much, but the trainers plus delivery cost £195.00. It would have been nice to get a reply or maybe £10 off the next buy.

I bought something in the summer sale not long ago, but soon after, I found out it was out of stock. Tegan from customer service was great, did more than I expected to help me. She gave me a £25 discount for the problem and even got the item restocked. Amazing service, amazing support, and really good quality stuff.

After getting my first pair of Cleens trainers

After getting my first pair of Cleens trainers, I havn't wanted to get any other brand. Really nice comfort and really good quality. Loads of styles to pick from. Service was good and prices are fair for how much shoes cost now. I’d definetely tell anyone to try Cleens if they never had them before.

I’m probably done with Nike and adidas now. I really like these shoes. I got a pair of grey aero runners and they feel so good. The designs on every style are really nice. Next, I plan to get a court pair. I’d suggest them to anyone.

Scam

I placed an order with Cleens over a month and a half ago, it was the worst consumer experience of my life, I advise you to think twice before giving money to scammers. Having not received my package, I decided to contact the after-sales service, know that I have never seen such incompetent after-sales service. I have been led around in circles for 45 days without any solutions, after 20 reminders in 45 days I still have the same automatic response from *** who really seems to take enormous pleasure in making fun of me. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment received by a so-called "luxury" brand which in no way reflects the seriousness of the chosen positioning, I do not think that this brand will last in time given its ridiculous seriousness with the customer and in view of the recruitment of extremely unserious people like this Tegan. Please know that I will share my dissatisfaction on all possible online sites. Signed a customer who found himself with less than 260€ and without shoes!
