Same-day ship notice hit my inbox and the box arrived packed with care, no corner dings. The cube was buttery after a few solves, and the lube kit was exactly as described. Prices were fair for the lineup. This is my new go-to for specialty parts and accessories.

    ⭐ 0/5 — Absolutely terrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. They shipped my first custom playmat without my approval or even showing me the preview ONE MONTH after I placed the order. The colors turned out completely wrong. They agreed to replace it, but what followed was THREE AND A HALF MONTHS of waiting, one mistake after another, and weeks of unnecessary delays over ridiculous confirmation requests for things that should have been obvious. And after all that, they shipped the replacement to the WRONG ADDRESS! I never received it because it ended up being returned to Mexico. I eventually got a refund, but that doesn't make up for months of wasted time, frustration, terrible communication, and an unbelievable lack of professionalism. The worst customer experience I've ever had. Never again!!
