I had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff were super helpful and really attentive, which was great. But there was a delay with my package. They sent out a replacement, but that one got delayed too. Bit of a bummer, honestly. I live overseas, so maybe that's part of the problem. Overall, good service but the shipping delays were frustrating.
