    I ordered an Uzzle game in December, 2024. It was shipped out and supposed to be delivered by USPS. When it arrived in our city, it was put on a mail truck for delivery, but the truck caught fire and everything on it, including my game, was lost. I contacted the Uzzle team about what happened, and they responded in less than a day, telling me they would send me a replacement game for free. I was really pleased with the trust they showed in me. Even though I had a notification from USPS about the fire, they never asked for it, just believed me. That really meant alot!

    I ordered a custom playmat right before Christmas and it arrived within about four weeks (shipped in two weeks and I got it in Canada, which is pretty good considering the holiday rush). The playmat looks great. It has the same material as a mousepad, and though it’s a bit thin, the stitching makes it look nice. The print is sharp and the colors are bright. It doesn’t seem easy to crease, which is a bonus. I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

    I placed an order November 18th, 2024 for a playmat, deck box and card sleeves. Based on their websites FAQ page I should have received my items within 5-12 business days. On December 8th, after not getting any updates on my order and checking the tracking of my order on their website which showed no new updates, I reached out to customer service to figure out why nothing has been updated and where my order was in processing. They told me there was a "logistical issue" that caused a delay and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or continue waiting and get a partial refund for the inconvenience. I opted to continue waiting and received a 15% refund and asked if there was an ETA for when I should be receiving my order. On December 11th, they told me that "the last report we received mentioned 3 to 6 weeks" and told me that they would reach out as soon as they got another report. I noticed on Facebook they were giving other customers a 50% refund for the same issue and reached back out asking why I only received a 15% refund. It is now January 8th, and I haven't received any updates on my order, no updates on their website order tracking, and no follow up correspondence from them. They are effectively ghosting me and many other customers (go look at the comments on their most recent Facebook post). Do not waste your time or money on this company.
