I had no audio while the auction was going on. There were 10 items that were alike, the auctioneer sold the first 4 with bidder’s choice and then put the other 6 items in one group. Since I had no sound, I didnt know they had been put together, and I ended up winning a group instead of just the single item I wanted. I called Equipmentfacts right away, but they told me to contact the auction site. So far the auction site has not given any help.

Simple to place a bid, just remember to get everything ready before the auction begins so you can act fast when your lot appears.
