The descriptions and pictures help, but the size could be clearer, maybe with a measuring tape next to the item or a more detailed description, like saying "black metal table" instead of just "metal table." I recently purchased one through your online auction company. When I went to pick it up, it turned out to be brown, even though the pictures showed it as black.

Overall, it was a fine experience. A few lots took a bit longer to be available, and the onsite bidding had started already, but that's just how online bidding works.

I purchased a step deck trailer and found the bidding process straightforward. After winning the bid, I decided to call for more details, not expecting much response. The communication via email was fast and timely. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.
