    I had an interesting experience with EngineDYI. I was knee-deep in a project when I realized some parts were missing. Panic started to set in, but then Lucas from their team stepped up. He really took the time to understand what I needed and went the extra mile to get those parts to me quickly. It felt like he genuinely cared about my project, which was refreshing. I've dealt with a lot of companies, but the service here was something else. It's not often you find a place where they treat your project like it's their own. I'll definitely be sticking with EngineDYI for future purchases because of how they handled everything.

    Wonderful instrument. Great company. It took a little setup to get it right. I've played Taylor, Martin and they are high quality guitars with long standing reputations and for good reason. I still love my Zager 900 better. I play it everyday.

    I've been getting my engines and parts from EngineDIY for a couple of years now. Honestly, aside from those pesky US tariffs, my orders have always come well-packaged and exactly as expected. I recently ordered some shorty lipo battery packs and servos for my Capo U4 Queen. The servos arrived pretty fast, but the batteries took a bit longer due to shipping rules about hazardous materials. One battery was DOA, which was a bummer. However, I reached out to their customer service, and they were super helpful. I noticed some mixed reviews online. Some folks have had bad experiences, while others are really happy. Personally, I think patience goes a long way. Overall, I recommend EngineDIY.
