    About 5 years ago I ordered a saddle from this company for a 3-yr old horse. I worked with **** at the time and ordered a CircleY trail saddle. The horse is older and his shape has changed so I wanted a new trail saddle that would fit him better. I got sizing advice from ****. Horse saddle shop offered me a reasonable trade in on the old trail saddle but the representative (****) emailed and said I have to order over the phone and she would call me to set that up. After several attempts to contact her to place the order she never called back. Plus they didn’t have the saddle in stock even though the website indicated it was in stock. I ended up ordering directly from Tucker and will consign the saddle with a local tack store. I will not even attempt to do business with Horse Saddle Shop again.

    Got my kit in less than a week, which was a nice surprise. Opening the box, everything seemed to be in there, like a puzzle waiting to be solved. I was kinda hoping for a connection diagram for the motor and blades, though. It would've made things a bit easier, but I'm thinking I can piece it together with a bit of patience. They did include a diagram for connecting the batteries, charger, and ESC, so that's helpful. Overall, I feel like I'm off to a decent start. Just got to roll up my sleeves and get into it. Fingers crossed, I figure it all out without too much hassle.

    I felt confident unrolling the canvas and impressed after hanging it. Texture, pigments, and framing looked professional. Colors felt true to the photos.
