This appnebula keeps trying to take money from my account that I never signed up for, 3 times they tried. I don't even know how they got my account details, so I have to leave very little money in this account, very annoying. I can't find any contact details, but now nebula support helped me quickly and efficiently. I thank them for that.

I have been charged twice by this company in 6 days, a total $120 & have not received any benefit!! I do not want this subscription but there is no way to contact them that I can find on their site or in their Appropriate cancel it!!!

Well, the company doesn't quite match up to what they boast in their ads. Also, their website is pretty shoddy. There's this button supposed to let you skip offers, but it's broken. So, you might end up getting charged for stuff you didn't want. Plus, there's no heads up or confirmation message to tell you if you accepted or declined the offer.

I tried the $1 reading, but got charged $71. When I asked for a refund, they said only 50% was possible. It took a threat to involve my bank for them to agree to a full refund. They also sneakily sign you up for a $40/month web subscription that's tricky to cancel within the app. I couldn't even check if the horoscopes were accurate because I was too busy dealing with getting scammed. Stick to magazine horoscopes and avoid downloading this app.

Interesting deception - their involvement in mediating a service is dubious. I've never engaged with any "palm reading" or "astrology" app anywhere, yet they somehow acquire my PayPal information through an undisclosed site. The connections to Nicosia and such hint at organized crime. The seemingly positive ratings appear artificially generated by bots. They've managed to pilfer over 100€ from me, despite having no subscription with them. Now, the challenge lies in figuring out how to thwart additional charges. It appears that PayPal itself has been compromised in this unsettling situation.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the Nebula app. My attempt to purchase a $0.50 natal chart report turned into a financial nightmare. They overcharged me, hitting me with a $49.99 fee and an additional $14.99 for unwanted extras. It's frustrating and unfair. I urgently need assistance to rectify this situation and recover my money, especially considering the high impact on my currency.

Absolutely terrible! My encounter with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Numerous unauthorized charges, and despite my relentless emails, there's been no response. I never signed up for any subscription, just paid £1 through Apple Pay for a report, but they're consistently draining £23 weekly. The support team is completely unresponsive. Refund my money immediately!
