    After buying my reading (which is really detailed and full of info) I worried I might get charged again and wanted to cancel. I emailed them and the same day they replied saying my subscription is cancelled and I still have the month I paid for. Can’t ask for better than this. App is simple to use and I found some handy tools inside. Not a scam app like I first thought. Really happy with my experiance

    Warning *****Absolutely awful company.

    Stay well away from Nebula. They trick you into signing up through social media apps like Facebook. Just like they did with me. I paid a pound or so I thought I did to learn about my past life. Giving my DOB etc, then paying by PayPal. That’s when they get access to your money. You then are subscribed to the company without knowing. It’s only when you check your bank that you see they have taken 39 euros. This is not clear at all and when you try to get it back they won’t give it too you. They lie in their emails and act like they care but they really don’t. There’s a clause so they are safe. Even PayPal can’t / won’t help. It’s ok I am reporting them to trading standards and the board that handles these companies. It’s criminal. I had to give 1 star but if there was an option not to they wouldn’t get that.

I asked just minutes after they charged me, but both Paypal and Nebula took the money and didn't return it, even though I didn’t get any service. They say there’s no cancellation right, which feels like fraud and is probably illegal. Stay away from Nebula! I wasted my money for nothing!

    This company charged my account 3 times in just over a week, taking £69 for a subscription I never agreed to! They didn’t give me any service at all! I’ve sent them 3 emails asking for my money back but got no answer? Can someone tell me if there’s another email to contact? I’ve tried their app but no reply. I really want this fixed.
