Seated's support team is really good! Alexandra helped me reset my phone number after I got locked out of Seated's presale options because of an issue with my cell carrier, T-Mobile. Because of her, I was able to sign up for the presale of Dead and Company tickets without any problems.
I have to say, she actually read my email all the way through and took action on it. To me, this shows how much Seated cares about its customers. With so many AI bots and automatic replies around these days, it was so nice to be actually heard! And getting a quick reply was so important too. If they keep doing this, they might just show Ticketmaster how to treat customers the right way. Thanks!
