by Tad

Humble bundle is a good company. I've bought digital books from them many times and had almost no problems. If the books interest you, they're a great deal. All books are downloadable in DRM-free PDF format, and some are in EPUB and MOBI (Kindle) too.

by K A

I recently signed up because a friend recommended their Humble Bundle monthly subscription. They charged my cards twice, but I got nothing in return. The screen said the payment failed. Seems like they might have technical problems or could be a scam.

I recently signed up through a friend's recommendation for the Humble Bundle monthly subscription. However, I encountered an issue where they charged my cards twice, and I didn't get anything in return. The screen indicated a payment failure, raising concerns about potential technical issues or even the possibility of a scam.

by Van

Disappointed with recent changes at the company. Resetting discounts instantly upon ending membership is frustrating, and the increased number of games unaffected by the discount is concerning. The Humble Choice offerings have taken a dip in quality, with an abundance of subpar choices, particularly an overload of 2D games. The shift to requiring a launcher for Humble games is a significant downgrade. Charity bundles have dwindled, and while there are more educational book bundles, other options have declined. Questionable choices in supporting charities create unease, and the limited options for supporting charities combating scams and undeserving causes is noticeable.

After a decade of being a customer
by TWRILLE

After a decade of being a customer, I find myself facing account suspension for alleged fraud, disrupting my payment process. Regrettably, the support team declines to address my concerns, leaving me in a bind. This abrupt disruption after a long tenure is disheartening and reflects poorly on the company's customer service.
