I decided to sell my car and reached out to this company, expecting a straightforward process. They initially offered me $398, highlighting that they wouldn't negotiate at pickup, unlike other companies. However, when the tow truck arrived, the driver took some pictures and I suddenly got a call saying the offer was down to $200 because my wheels weren't aluminum. This was never discussed before, and I felt misled. I voiced my frustration, and they said they’d talk to CashForCars to possibly increase the offer, which they did—by a mere $20. I felt insulted and countered with a higher amount, which they surprisingly accepted. When I contacted CashForCars later, they blamed the carrier, Brothers Auto Recycling, for the payout decision. It felt like both were just pointing fingers, avoiding responsibility. The whole experience seemed sketchy, with inflated offers and promises that weren't kept.
