I placed an order for a $54.95 seat on 10/8/25 and after 5 weeks without receiving the order I contacted the bicycleseats.com customer service and Kellen replied back 2 days later saying the order placed on 10/3/25 was delivered to an address in Berkely CA.. That is 250 miles away from me and clearly not my order because it was placed 5 days prior to my order. I responded to Kellen stating that and never received a reply. I sent two additional emails asking for a response and have never receive a rely. This site SUCKS!
