The bike's packing was really good.
by Gary B

The bike's packing was really good. It did take some time to unpack, but I had a feeling that the shipper would have to make a big mistake to damage the bike.

Enjoy the Wallke H6 Max, but regret not
by Richard NIswonger

Enjoy the Wallke H6 Max, but regret not being able to exchange or cancel for the 26" 750 watt, which aligns with Texas regulations. The 1000 watt, though not the company's fault, limits usage due to legal concerns. As a disabled vet, it's disappointing since riding is infrequent.

Impressive fat bike! The speed and solid
by Mateo Qu

Impressive fat bike! The speed and solid battery are game-changers, especially tackling uphill terrains in my mountainous abode. The motor's uphill assist for 3 miles is a game-changer. While it's weighty and differs from a regular mountain bike, adjusting the throttle in town is a breeze. The addition of saddle bags enhances its utility, and there's a plethora of cold-weather accessories available. Zooming downhill at 30 mph is exhilarating. It may take some time to adapt, but overall, it's a formidable ride for challenging landscapes.

Nightmare!
by withheld

The sales staff, responsible for parts orders, consistently gives inaccurate delivery estimates. Twice in the past year, I've waited over a month for parts, and sometimes, they aren't available at all. Attempts to reach them by phone are futile—they never answer. At 63 years old, I can confidently say Wallkee is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their bikes may break, but it's your peace of mind that takes the real hit. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Wallkee at all costs.
