    I tried out this phone service, hoping to save a bit on my monthly bill, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. Calls kept dropping, and the reception was terrible. My clients and friends complained about how choppy everything sounded. It was really frustrating, especially since I need reliable service for work. I'm in Oakville, Ontario, and it just didn't work well here. To make things worse, they don’t offer refunds. It’s just not worth saving a few bucks if you can't depend on your phone. I wouldn't call this company reputable at all based on my experience. Avoid if you need reliable service.

    I always choose them for my travel eSIM! I've used their eSIM in Europe and the UAE, and it worked well both times. I had a stable connection with no issues. Today, I ordered 3 Japan eSIMs but made a mistake with the activation date. Agent Novi helped me quickly and fixed the issue right away! Great service, much appreciated!
