I’ve been trying to get help from Fonus for about a month now. Their responses are slow, sometimes taking a week, and they often just repeat their policies instead of answering my questions. The idea of having an “international unlimited” plan is great for travelers, but my experience has been disappointing. Even when using it normally, I faced throttling for what they called "excessive use." But what's excessive? They don’t really say. My line was slowed down, and no one could clearly explain why or how to avoid it. Customer support has been the biggest letdown. After weeks of back-and-forth, I still didn’t get clear answers, especially about how much data usage triggers throttling. Plus, I’ve had issues with calling; my number often didn’t work when I needed it, and once, my service even stopped completely. If you don’t use much data and can deal with unreliable support, it might work for you. But if you need consistent data and reliable service, you might want to look elsewhere.
