While on vacation, I lost my phone. Really bad timing since I had all my important stuff and internet on it. I reached out to Maya and told them what happened. Their reply was great. They answered within an hour of my first message and fixed my internet so I could keep using my plan. Fantastic, one less problem to worry about. Definitely recommend, good prices and friendly customer support.

Better than I thought. When I got to Peru, I had a small problam and they acted quick, answered fast and helped fix it right away! They also answerd fast when I asked something about my usage.

Used the data service in Switzerland. The conection worked fine even high up in the alps. The price was fair for the Europe packege. An app to check data and manage the plan would be usefull.

Fraud company

Bought 1gb plan after 700mb it stopped working. After coming back from Carribean Island I shared the proof from my phone data usage screenshot. They said since it was used more than 10% it is not eligible for refund. So I didn't get to use 32% less and was stranded without Internet until I came back.

Serious scammers, actually making fake discounts that are not really that. Now there is a 10% discount, but at a price of 22.99 USD. The whole time the price was 20.99 USD today with the discount it is now 20.69 USD! They are breaking all possible laws and it is actually a serious scam! The discount they gave is only 1% because you have a discount of 0.21 USD on the price of 20.99 which was today and now the price for, for example, a 20GB package for 10 days is 20.69 USD!!! I thought they were serious, but these are also serious scammers!! The whole world is slowly turning into scammers!

Unreliable company who do not follow through

Once again we have had an issue with Maya. We are travelling in Asia and my husband's e-SIM is not working in South Korea despite having worked perfectly well in China. The Maya Helpdesk has been the exact opposite. They refuse to help just saying it's fine on their side - nothing else they can do!! Can you believe it. Just avoid. Horrible company

I bought a 10GB data e-sim for Indonesia before heading to Bali, and it worked great. The steps to add the e-sim to my phone were very clear, and I had everything ready before I left. When I arrived in Bali, the e-sim activated on its own, and I didn’t face any problems throughout my stay. I can definitely recommend Maya Mobile for an e-sim.

I've been using this website to get my esims for a few years, probably got around 10 in that time. This time, I had trouble logging in because I couldn't use my old number for the verification codes. Their support team helped me fix it quickly. Decent servis.

Overall, the service was okay, but there were a few issues. I'm from Sweden, and some Swedish TV channels didn’t load due to region restrictions. A few apps, like Park4Nights, a popular app for campers, couldn’t update the map data. BankID, the Swedish app for verifying credit card transactions, also didn’t function properly.

I had a good experience with Maya and its customer service. I accidentally ordered two eSIMs and sent a request to cancel one through my account. In less than 30 minutes, Dante O.P reached out, handled everything politely, and resolved the issue. They didn’t ask any questions about the cancellation reason, and I should receive the refund in 3-5 working days. Keep it upp Maya!

Today, I ordered 3 Japan eSIMs but made a mistake with the activation date. Agent Novi helped me quickly and fixed the issue right away! Great service, much appreciated!

I don't understand how 2gb of mobile

I don't understand how 2gb of mobile data disappeared in a few hours just using Waze for directions. I'm more worried that I accidentally bought 2 other eSIM cards that stayed in my cart from past searches when I visited other countries. How can I get those back since I didn’t use them?
