Eleven weeks ago, I purchased a high-end coffee machine from Ace Hardware, expecting top quality and reliability. Unfortunately, the machine broke down after just three weeks of use. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, I was dismayed to learn that this repair was not covered. It has now been two months since I handed over my coffee machine to Ace Hardware's repair department, and I have yet to hear anything about when I can expect its return. This lack of efficiency and communication from Ace Hardware is deeply disappointing. This experience has left me frustrated and feeling cheated, especially considering the machine's high price and the additional cost for the warranty. I strongly advise other customers to consider other options before choosing to shop at Ace Hardware.

I visited an Ace Hardware store recently to get a duplicate key for my Nissan. They quoted me a whopping $150 for a key fob and key, which they didn't even have in stock – it had to be ordered. Shocked by the price, I declined and ordered a key fob with key online for just $15. When I returned to Ace Hardware with the original key and the one I bought online, they refused to cut the key, insisting it had to be purchased from them. This experience left me deeply disappointed with Ace Hardware's pricing and customer service, and I won't be visiting their stores again. I feel compelled to share my experience with others as well, so they're aware of the high costs involved.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at ACE Hardware in Maricopa, AZ, specifically with Brian, the manager. Brian exemplifies top-notch customer service. When they were out of the light bulb I needed, he not only ordered it for me but also allowed me to return a broken bulb I had purchased months ago without any charges or hassles. What truly impressed me was his remarkable memory, as he recognized me and had the ordered bulb ready when I returned. Thanks to Brian, what I anticipated as a hassle turned into a genuine pleasure. Kudos to ACE Hardware and their outstanding service!

I've been a loyal customer at this store for a while, mainly for my cleaning supplies. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I had a $5 coupon on my rewards that I wanted to use, but the cashier refused, citing a cart issue. Apparently, this problem has been ongoing, and even the manager hasn't resolved it. Sadly, I lost my $5 reward in the process. It's frustrating that such a simple issue can't be fixed, and customers end up losing their rewards. This experience has left me unsatisfied and questioning their commitment to customer service.

I ordered an item I really needed for store delivery, thinking it would be the safest choice. They gave me a delivery date, but when the day arrived, I found out it had never been shipped. Customer service was unhelpful and slow with answers. Their online ordering system is unreliable and messy. At the end of the call, I expressed my disappointment about not receiving my order, and the agent had the nerve to deny it. This is why I won’t shop at ACE anymore. Bought this cool collectible knife

Bought this cool collectible knife online, all set for a local store pickup. But when I grabbed it, the employee already marked it as delivered – even though the box was beat up. Tried to hand it back, they insisted I take it. Nah-uh, not happening. Called customer service, got promised a call back over two hours ago, and still nada. Not the smoothest experience, to say the least.

Ace Hardware might not be grabbing the full spotlight, more like a 2.5-star show, but dang, they're like superheroes compared to Home Depot. We're tossing them 4 stars just because we zipped in and out in 30 minutes, and guess what? No tedious lecture about not using ApplePay. It's wild that in 2023, just accepting any form of payment can turn a hardware store into a hero. Go Ace!

I had a $4 battery die within a month, and the local store refused to replace or refund it. When I reached out to corporate, they directed me back to the store. Ultimately, it was the manufacturer who stepped in to resolve the issue. If you shop here, make sure you trust the local store to handle problems, as corporate may not intervene.

I gave 1 Star only because negative stars are not available, The Ace Hardware Store here in Vero Beach Florida 32962 is over priced!! Items available at Loews and Home Depot are 2X the price!! I tried to support my local business but not when the prices are over priced.

The app is maddening, and the customer support is terrible. Reinstalling it doesn't fix the problem, making it utterly useless. Local store staff can't assist either, and dealing with uncooperative phone support is a major hassle. A complete waste of time and patience.
