This service is alright. The price is fair, but there are issues. They forgot the screen protector for my phone, making me wait longer. It took 18 days for delivery, which seems too long, especially since it came from Hong Kong, not Australia as expected. Also, the phone I received had a different SIM structure than the original, which wasn't mentioned on their site.

I haven't got the case n screen protector I bought!!? I paid for fast postage, but it arrived much later. Thought the stock was in Oz, not HK, so delay happened. Now the item's charging, so hope it works.

I ordered a phone from this company's website but faced a series of issues. The package was returned to the seller because I wasn't informed about the delivery attempt by FedEx. Even though the package was left at Walgreens for pickup, I couldn't retrieve it because my nickname didn't match my ID. When I contacted the seller, they blamed me for not being present to sign, despite the lack of communication from FedEx. After the package was returned, the seller demanded additional fees totaling $200, which seemed unjustified considering I had already paid for shipping. Despite negative reviews reflecting similar experiences, the seller seemed indifferent and unprofessional, prioritizing money over customer satisfaction. Attempts to settle the matter through legal means were ignored. Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing and unprofessional.

They always deliver on time, and the products are exactly what I want. Whenever I've had questions, they've been really quick to help out. Rated zero stars. Ordered an S10+ on 19/12, but they claimed none were available. Offered an S10 for an extra $188 – a total rip-off. Requested a refund on 22/12, but the process dragged on. Even on 6/1/24, my order was canceled with no refund. Their website still flaunts S10+ phones, proving their incompetence. Get it together and stop misleading customers. I wanted an S10+, not excuses. A complete joke!

Received the so-called "new refurbished phone" and it's a disaster. Scratches all over, dead battery, and within 15 minutes, it turns into a hot mess with a flashing screen when the camera's on. Despite pleas for a refund or return, both the seller and Catch turned a blind eye. A nightmare purchase, utterly disappointed.

Despite escalating the issue with Kogan and the TIO, there's been no resolution. Frustrated with the lackluster customer service, I'm considering resorting to social media to share my experience.
