I have a GPU that likely

I have a GPU that likely needs repair or replacement. Being based in the UK, we have certain rights as it relates to purchases made in the UK (one of them being a 6 month window for repair or replacement if there's a fault with the goods). Despite Newegg's own help articles recognising this, and flagging UK law multiple times, their customer support team was awful to deal with, simply repeating the US policy on 30 returns and eventually going silent and shutting down the chat. If you're based in the UK, do not buy from Newegg. Buy from Amazon instead. Customer support and policies are compliant with UK law. Waaaayyyy better experience and far better peace of mind/security when spending several hundred pounds on a GPU.

I ordered a motherboard from Newegg, and guess what? It arrived dead as a doornail. 🙄 So, I went through their return process, but man, it's like watching paint dry! 🎨 Waiting for a replacement felt like a lifetime. Newegg, if you're reading this, you might want to speed things up a bit. But here's a pro tip for anyone else – forget the replacement process, return the dud, and get a new one. Trust me, you'll save time and sanity. And to top it all off, when I posted this story, Newegg flagged it as untrue. Seriously, guys? I've got the receipts! Amazon, here I come!

Don't make the same mistake I did.

bought Fight Night Champion from Newegg back on 2/27/2020. I've got the proof, the emails, all the good stuff to prove I own it. But guess what? When I try to log into my account now, it's like they're saying, "Hey, buy the game again, just for fun!" So, I did what any reasonable person would do – I contacted Newegg. And what did they say? "Oh well, too bad for you!" 🤷‍♂️ Let me tell you, I won't be dropping a single cent with these guys ever again. Lesson learned: steer clear of Newegg when it comes to digital codes. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I purchased the SAMSUNG 870 EVO 1TB SSD from Newegg in 2022. Unfortunately, it stopped booting, and after contacting Newegg, I was directed to Samsung. Despite making six calls to Samsung within three days, they insisted Newegg should handle the replacement. I forwarded Samsung's policy email to Newegg for assistance, but as of yesterday morning, no response. Disappointed with the lack of resolution and communication from Newegg. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Newegg_Support was very helpful and quick with their replies. I had heard negative things about Newegg support, so I was a bit unsure, especially after emailing their now defunct support address. However, the support agent got back to me promptly and resolved my issue efficiently.
