I've been using this company's services for some time now to assist my family in Cuba. Up until now, I've generally been satisfied with what they offer. However, in a recent situation, I ordered milk powder for my relative but received wheat flour instead. Whether this switch was due to a mistake, negligence, or something else, I can't say for sure. What I do know is that the item I paid for was not delivered, and that's a problem. Also, I find the 48-hour window to file a complaint quite unreasonable, especially considering that you operate in the United States. As a customer here, I expect better treatment. The monetary loss is minor, but the inconvenience to my relative is not, and your response has been unsatisfactory. This experience has led me to decide that I will no longer do business with your company, and I will make my dissatisfaction known whenever possible.

Hello. I've been waiting for days to get confirmation for a flight to Cuba, but I haven't received any response. I've called on different days and times with no luck. They also don't let me speak with a supervisor; that's not an option for customers. I need to get my luggage ready since the ticket is for this coming Friday, and I still have no confirmation. I don't understand what could be causing such a delay. The payment is already done. Poor customer service, bad management.

The express delivery service promised by this company ranges from 7 to 15 days, but inconsistencies arise in their customer service's explanations. Whether it's 7-15 days after arrival in Cuba or solely business days, the tracking process lacks accuracy. This uncertainty leaves us questioning if our Cuban families will ever receive the items. Overall, this experience has left us disappointed, feeling misled, and considering this company's practices questionable at best.

Charging my phone abroad with them for the second time. First time was quick. This time took a few minutes. Used their chat, got quick response to wait due to delays. Confirmed recharge from relative. Great service. I rate them 5 stars easily.
