I’d give it 3 stars if everything goes as promised.
by Troy W

I’d give it 3 stars if everything goes as promised. The machine was easy to use and worked fast. But my cash got stuck at the end, so I’m giving 3 stars. If everything goes as planned and I get a check within 7 to 10 days, I’d rate their customer service 5 stars. They were easy to contact and helped solve the problem. Overall, it’s not a bad experience if I get the check, since I know these things can happen and are not always under anyone’s control.

I went to the ecoATM in Jackson TN at Walmart
by Jeremy

I went to the ecoATM in Jackson TN at Walmart on N Highland. Put my phone in, and it read it wrong, saying I had a Pixel 7, but I had a Pixel 8a. When I tried to get my phone back, the compartment door started shaking. Heard a loud thump, and when the door opened, my phone was gone. I got ripped off and am really mad. Will likely never use them again. If suing wasn't so costly, I’d probbly sue them.

I was surprized how much I got for my phone.

I was surprized how much I got for my phone. The process was a bit cluncky-it took probly 15 total minutes standing at the kiosk in the Walmart entryway to complete due to multiple errors and re-dos, but overall it’s a pretty simple process that allowed me to get *something* out of my bricked IPhone 13.

by Ashley

The company gave me one price but when I went to the store with my code, it kept giving me an error. It wanted me to input everything again and even quoted a lower price than before. The phone was brand new, flawless, no scratches, cracks or anything.

by DC

The process could be faster for newcomers if there was a sign saying, "Restart if over 5 min." My machine froze for 20 min, fixing it took time, but after, each device processed in under 5 min.

The process was simple and direct.
by Michael L

The process was simple and direct. The booth was easy to use, and I finished and paid quickly. I'm happy my device will be recycled properly. I'll use this service again!
