I've been usin' the service for over 7 years now. The features like fax, extensions, call reportin' 'n more are like no other service. Competitors only got a fraction of the features. The customer service reps always responded to my requests quick whenever I needed 'em. Only downside is the phone app. Still, I'd highly recommend Freedomvoice's service.

I've been rolling with Freedom Voice for ages now, and not a single gripe from me. They're the budget-friendly, get-the-job-done kinda folks. Recently switched up my address and phone since I'm retiring from the old office that brought them in. The customer service? Top-notch. Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly – exactly what you want. Dude, you won't believe this

Dude, you won't believe this - ran into the absolute worst customer service ever! Dealt with a rep named Jaymil. Took my credit card info, then out of the blue, no service, and Jaymil wouldn't spill the beans on why. Asked for a transfer to a supervisor or someone with answers, but no dice. Total nightmare!

I've had three separate accounts

I've had three separate accounts with them, and everything was smooth until it was time to cancel. Canceling proved to be a significant challenge, with the company refusing to process cancellations promptly. Despite numerous calls between October 2021 and November 2023, they continued charging me and refused to issue a credit for the original cancellation request made in December 2021. Each time I call, they promise a manager will call back to address the billing issues, but no callback ever occurs. At this point, I'm considering involving the police and filing a report. Currently, I'm on hold, refusing to let go until I can speak with a manager authorized to issue the credit. The situation is highly frustrating, and legal action is becoming a viable option.
