My recent experience with this company has been highly disappointing. It seems like just another inexpensive Chinese company that delivers defective products. I purchased a watch from them, and to my dismay, it arrived with a missing screw and failed to charge up. Attempting to address the issue by initiating a return was met with utter frustration, thanks to their subpar customer service. My dissatisfaction doesn't end there; the customer service representatives appeared indifferent to my concerns, and the whole process was marred by their lack of responsiveness. The support ticket I raised (No. 20231206130623000086) seemed to fall on deaf ears. To compound matters, my order number is 113128846, and the PayPal case ID is PP-R-GUH-509667072. What adds insult to injury is the collaboration with PayPal, whose support only seemed to favor the company, rather than addressing the legitimate grievances of a customer. I ended up losing $37.15 in this ordeal, and I strongly advise others not to jeopardize their hard-earned money with this company. It's disheartening to see such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of accountability for the faulty products they deliver. Stay away from these dubious practices to avoid becoming another victim of their unscrupulous business dealings.

Company's quality control seems non-existent to me. The S1 heli was fine, but the T8 transmitter was a mess. It didn't charge batteries and only lit 2 red lights instead of 3. I had to use XK X6 transmitter instead. Frank from Goosky doesn't believe it's faulty, wants photos. I'm done trying, too difficult to deal with. Won't buy from them again.

Extremely plased with my experience! No hidden fees, and the packaging was excellent. The delivery was surprisingly swift. The item appears to be of high quality, and I'm optimistic that it is, considering its significantly lower price compared to other aggregators with similar brand recognition.
