Banggood is an alright company, and it's cool that they have quick deals. Shipping to Greece has gotten better, but they need to work on packing things better. It seems like they rush it and don't protect the stuff.

I've been buying from Banggood for quite some time. I like to keep an eye out for good deals. Every time I buy something, it turns out just fine. They're a solid company to deal with. Shipping is always on time and the tracking is reliable, which isn't always the case with online orders.

Banggood's customer service was beyond terrible. I bought something expensive, thinking VAT was included, but they tacked on huge extra costs for shipping and insurance, making the final price much higher. Then, UPS, their courier, was a nightmare. They never bothered to contact me before delivery attempts, and when I finally got in touch with them, they demanded even more money just to deliver the package. Turns out, Banggood had messed with the invoice, stealing the VAT and declaring a lower value to avoid taxes. Trying to sort it out with Banggood's customer service was a nightmare too. They never gave straight answers, just confusing and patronizing responses. Even their emails were a mess, sent by anonymous agents without any reference to the actual problem. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong plug for my order and refused to fix it. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Banggood. They're shady and their customer service will only make you want to pull your hair out.

My recent experience with this company has been highly disappointing. It seems like just another inexpensive Chinese company that delivers defective products. I purchased a watch from them, and to my dismay, it arrived with a missing screw and failed to charge up. Attempting to address the issue by initiating a return was met with utter frustration, thanks to their subpar customer service. My dissatisfaction doesn't end there; the customer service representatives appeared indifferent to my concerns, and the whole process was marred by their lack of responsiveness. The support ticket I raised (No. 20231206130623000086) seemed to fall on deaf ears. To compound matters, my order number is 113128846, and the PayPal case ID is PP-R-GUH-509667072. What adds insult to injury is the collaboration with PayPal, whose support only seemed to favor the company, rather than addressing the legitimate grievances of a customer. I ended up losing $37.15 in this ordeal, and I strongly advise others not to jeopardize their hard-earned money with this company. It's disheartening to see such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of accountability for the faulty products they deliver. Stay away from these dubious practices to avoid becoming another victim of their unscrupulous business dealings.

Ordered a mini PC from Banggood, but unfortunately, it arrived with a significant fault. I promptly reached out to their customer service within 2 days of delivery, providing clear proof of the issue. Initially, Banggood accepted the return for a refund, which gave me some hope for a resolution. However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration as Banggood reversed their decision and refused to refund the faulty product. Now, I'm left with a £350 paperweight, and it seems like any problems that arise become solely the customer's responsibility. While Banggood may offer good prices, their customer service's lack of commitment to addressing issues is a major drawback. For the sake of your sanity, I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear and explore other options.
