When I tried to activate my service months ago, I ran into some problems that I couldn't sort out. I was nearly ready to ditch RP altogether. Luckily, I got Julio on the phone to help me, and everything was fixed in no time. Today, I ran into another issue with VM, and once again, Julio was there to help. Is he always available? Anyway, he fixed the problem quickly. I hope the management sees reviews like this and gives credit to employees like Julio who make RP a good company.
