I started this plan about 8 months ago, not always sticking to it, especially on weekends and during vacations. I am a certified Nutritionist, working on my nutrition to shed pounds and improve my blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
On the Optavia plan, I’ve lost 31 of the 40 pounds I want to lose. It’s very simple to follow, and you do lose around 10-12 pounds a month when you stick to it. My blood sugars (checked with my continuous glucose monitor) are doing great when I follow the plan, and my blood pressure is also good. I feel so much better!
I haven’t yet switched to the maintenance plan since I still have 9 pounds to lose. Once I reach that point, I’ll be cautious to make sure I don’t regain the weight, or, if needed, go back to this healthy diet to maintain my weight.
After 30-40 years of struggling with weight loss, even getting an MS in nutrition, NOTHING worked for me until I tried this plan! I strongly recommend it!
