It really depends on your body and what it needs. I tried Jenny Craig and lost more weight than with Optavia. Optavia didn’t help me at all. My body probably needs regular food. If you want to lose weight, just do what I do. No more diets! I eat healthy most days and make sure I take a certain number of steps each day using my smart watch, but you can do this with your phone too. On weekends and holidays, I eat what I want without overdoing it, using portion control and no 2nd servings. I eat 80% of my plate and wait a bit before getting up because it helps me feel full. I also drink 64 oz of water every day, swim 20 laps in summer, and ride my bike 3 miles when it’s too cold to swim. I’ve lost over 80 lbs slowly and kept it off. Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, Optavia...they are diets that might work for some but not others. My principal and K5 teacher at school both lost a lot of weight. But when they went back to eating real food, they gained it back and had to start Optavia again.
