    I like the app a lot. The workout videos are helpful and show how to do each move properly. It’s good for beginners like me who’ve never done Pilates before. The meals I’ve tried taste really good, but I wish there was an option to log food swaps in the app. I’m pre-diabetic, so I need to replace certain ingredients, but it would be nice to be able to track these changes. I follow a plant-based diet but not vegan, so it’s a bit tricky to find a meal plan that suits my needs. The plan closest to what I want has too many carbs (pasta and bread together in one day), but if I choose no wheat, I get no bread or pasta at all. A better balance would be nice. Other than that, I’m really enjoying the app and can’t wait to see my progress. I’m on day 9 and down 6 lbs.

    It’s fine, didn’t lose any weight or inches, but the fasting app is good. There are cheaper apps that do more for food and calories tracking. If this app also did food and water count, it would be one of the best. I joined to see if the bed workouts would help, but they didn’t work for me, however... it seems to work for some other people.

    Good range of products and fair prices. The only downside was the time it took for my order to arrive. I placed the order on 12/2, it shipped 4 days later, and I got it 14 days later. In a time when Amazon delivers so quickly, two weeks feels a bit long.
