I like the app a lot. The workout videos are helpful and show how to do each move properly. It’s good for beginners like me who’ve never done Pilates before. The meals I’ve tried taste really good, but I wish there was an option to log food swaps in the app. I’m pre-diabetic, so I need to replace certain ingredients, but it would be nice to be able to track these changes. I follow a plant-based diet but not vegan, so it’s a bit tricky to find a meal plan that suits my needs. The plan closest to what I want has too many carbs (pasta and bread together in one day), but if I choose no wheat, I get no bread or pasta at all. A better balance would be nice. Other than that, I’m really enjoying the app and can’t wait to see my progress. I’m on day 9 and down 6 lbs.
