Denise Samuels was very helpful, patient, and skilled in guiding me through the setup and use of the control box for the liftmaster 400 series gate opener. Like many instruction manuals, liftmaster’s manual wasn’t very helpful. Denise’s support and advice were great, and when she wasn’t sure of the answer, she found it. And when we figured something out together, she was curious about what worked best. In short, she was involved, attentive, and committed to helping me, which is what anyone would hope for.
After spending the weekend running line voltage in pipe, digging trenches, etc., before I left the site where I installed the equipment, I had to see those gates open and close!!! And Denise made it happen.
