    I ordered a tire from this place and when it arrived, something seemed off. The tread had this weird dip, almost like it was coming apart. Took it to the tire shop, and they wouldn’t even mount it, saying there might be a problem. I reached out to Priority Tire, hoping for a replacement, but they told me that the manufacturer claimed the tire was supposed to be like that. Honestly, it was frustrating to hear that. I expected them to be more accommodating, especially with safety on the line. Makes you think twice about ordering tires online when you can't be sure what you'll actually get.

    I had quite a journey with Car Computer Exchange recently. Sent my PCM over to them, all neatly labeled with the codes and problems I was facing. Thought I was doing everything right. Got it back, installed it, and not even two hours later, boom, the same codes reappeared. Frustration doesn’t even begin to cover it. I tried to reach out to them, sent several emails and even a text message, hoping for some guidance or at least a response. But silence. It’s like my messages just disappeared into the void. Honestly, it’s been a bit of a letdown. I expected a little more communication, especially after the initial problem wasn’t fixed.
