    Got my PCM the other day, and I gotta say, it was pretty smooth sailing. Initially, I thought I'd have to drag my car over to the dealership just to get things going with their fancy computers. But nope, this little gem was "plug and play." Saved me a whole lot of hassle and time. The downside? Trying to get in touch with sales was a bit of a wild goose chase. No one seemed to be around to answer my questions or follow up on my purchase. Still, I'm thankful for my PCM, but it would’ve been nice to have a bit more support on the communication front.

    Ordered a TCM and a couple PCMs from this place, thinking I'd save some cash. Well, the first PCM wasn't at the sale price I thought, so I canceled. They said refund in 10 days, but here I am, 30 days later, still waiting. Took nearly 4 weeks for them to send me the PCM I actually went through with, though the TCM arrived quicker, in about a week and a half. Called them multiple times, every time they promised it'd be shipped "tomorrow." When it finally arrived, the PCM looked like it had been drilled into and patched up. TCM had broken fins, and the PCM’s paint was sticky. Had to dispute through my bank for the refund. They do pay for core part returns, which is nice, but they ignore emails. If you're in a hurry, maybe try local repair shops or other stores. If you've got time, you might save some money here, but it’s a hassle.

Talk about speedy delivery! The tires matched the pictures exactly, no surprises there, which was a relief because you never know with online shopping. And the price? Absolutely fantastic, way better than what I’d seen at local stores. It felt like I snagged a real bargain. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience, and I’ll definitely consider buying from them again next time I need a set of wheels.
