    I ordered something and they charged my card right away, but then it was like my order vanished into thin air. No confirmation email, no receipt, nothing. They said it'd ship in five days, but a week passed and still nada. I called them up, talked to two different folks, but neither of them could find my receipt or confirmation. They just kept saying it was coming soon and that the supervisor was too busy to talk to me. I felt like I was just getting brushed off. It was so frustrating not knowing what was going on with my order.

    I've ordered from this place a few times now, and honestly, it's been pretty great every time. The prices are hard to beat, and the quality of what I got was spot on. It’s always nice when a package arrives sooner than expected, and that's been the case here. Shipping is super fast, which is a huge plus. I’m definitely planning on sticking with them for future orders. It's just been a really reliable experience, and I appreciate that. If you're on the fence about trying them out, I’d say go for it. It's been worth it for me.
