    I had a pretty rough experience ordering tires online recently. I was lured in by some flashy ads promising great prices, but it all went downhill from there. I ordered tires for my son's Mustang, and despite using their system to check the fit, they sent the wrong size. Tried reaching out to their customer service—total nightmare. Sat on hold forever, and when I opted for their callback system, never got a call back. Sent emails, no responses. When the tires finally arrived, two of them were damaged. I sent pictures, but got slow or no replies. Eventually, I had to get my bank involved to stop payment. They sent return labels for just two tires, expecting me to deal with the hassle. Overall, their customer service was non-existent, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you’re willing to risk a headache.
