    I walked into the store last week needing a part for my truck, not really sure what to expect. Bobby in sales noticed me right away and came over. He really knew his stuff and quickly figured out exactly what I needed. I was kinda surprised at how easy he made it all seem. He even ordered the part for me right there and then, and let me know when I could expect it to arrive. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off either, the price was pretty fair compared to other places I've checked. It was nice to deal with someone who seemed to genuinely care about helping out. Definitely going back there for any truck stuff I need in the future.

    Dealing with Car Computer Exchange has been a complete headache. I sent in my Dodge PCM for repair, and here I am, two months later, still waiting. Initially, they promised a quick fix, but it's just been one excuse after another. I even tried to get a refund for the extra shipping costs, but they brushed it off. When I pushed for a refund on the repair itself, they said I'd see it in 7-10 days. Well, it's been over 20 days now, and nothing. My emails go unanswered, and when I call, they ask for my order number and then just hang up. It's frustrating, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend them. Feels like they’re running a scam.
