    Pre-purchase inspection was thorough, but the first appointment got rescheduled the night before. The mechanic still arrived early next day and sent photos. Price matched the quote after they corrected a parts line. I'd use them again for standard work.

    Ordered a part for my car ages ago, and it's been a wild ride ever since. First, they check in after two weeks asking if I got it, but nope, nothing on my end. No tracking info either, which was a bit odd. So, I reach out, and turns out they never even sent it 'cause they didn't have it in stock. Their solution? A refund, a shipping label to send my broken part for repair (which I'd have to remove myself), or just wait and hope. Chose the shipping label option, but silence followed. Finally ordered elsewhere and got it in four days. Still chasing my refund, and their lack of response is frustrating. Cost me so much, personally and financially. Worst experience ever.
