    I placed an order a week ago, paid everything upfront, and now I'm stuck waiting. There's no tracking info, and trying to get ahold of customer service is like shouting into a void. I emailed and called, but nothing. It’s frustrating when you’re left hanging like this. I’ve reached out to PayPal to start a refund process because I’m getting nowhere with the company. It’s just disappointing, you know? I really hoped for better communication and service. If things change, I’ll definitely update, but for now, it's been a pretty frustrating experience.
