    I ordered a bumper, but the tracking number showed it was on its way to a different state. When I first reached out to customer service, I was told to just wait for delivery because they supposedly couldn’t do anything yet. I didn’t leave it at that and called FedEx myself to check where it was headed, and they confirmed it was going to the wrong state. After I brought that information to another representative, they finally sent a replacement, which pushed back the delivery date I had been expecting.
