    Reached for the chat when my order showed left side only. They fixed it before dispatch, which was great. Parts fit fine, pricing was solid. I did try to return a mistaken extra and the RMA steps felt a bit old school with forms and photos.

    Refunds took longer than I hoped after an RMA on a misordered sensor. Support answered but felt templated, and I paid return shipping. The site tools are solid and prevent most mistakes, just not mine this time. Packaging for the replacement was much better. Price is competitive if you can wait on admin steps.
