    CarComputerExchange.com

Okay, so here's what happened. I ordered a computer from this company, thinking it'd be a smooth ride. But when I found out it'd take way too long to arrive, I decided to cancel it the next day. Simple, right? Nope. They told me I'd get my money back in 7 to 10 days. Fast forward almost a month, and I'm still waiting for that refund. It's just sitting in limbo, and I'm left wondering if I should've gone with another company. It's frustrating, and I'm just hoping they sort it out soon because this is not the experience I was hoping for.

    Prioritytire.com

I got four Maxxis tires for my Maserati from PriorityTire in December, and by May, one of them had this huge blister on the side. I reached out to PriorityTire, hoping they'd sort it out, but it turned into a wild goose chase. They asked for a ton of pictures and details – even the tiniest stuff like the DOT code and tread depth. I got my installer involved, who confirmed it was a defect, not my fault. Now they're asking me to remove the tire just for more pics. Seriously? The hassle and cost of doing all this is just nuts. It's frustrating and feels like they're just trying to wear me out. Be careful if you're thinking of buying from them!

    CarComputerExchange.com

I decided to give this company a try and placed an order, paying upfront. After a few days, I still hadn't heard a peep about my order status, so I reached out via email to see what was going on. I even asked for a refund if there were issues. They replied, saying they couldn’t get my part but were still trying. They asked if I wanted a refund, to which I agreed, but then—radio silence. No refund, no follow-up. It’s frustrating because I could easily get what I need elsewhere, but they're just holding onto my money. This is no way to run a business. Communication and transparency are key, and they dropped the ball on both.
