    I thought I'd finally found what I needed when I saw the DroneMobile X2MAX-LTE Kit listed as in stock on their website. But then I called to check on shipping, and surprise, surprise, they told me it’s actually on backorder. I mean, come on, why say it's in stock if it’s not? Frustrated, I asked to cancel my order, hoping for a quick refund. Instead, they told me they’d "submit my cancellation," and it might take several days. What? I just want my money back so I can buy it from somewhere else. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m definitely steering clear of this place in the future.

    I can't believe what happened with this service. A year back, I noticed they had signed me up for their premium plan, which I never agreed to. I was annoyed but let it slide, thinking it was just a mistake. Fast forward a year, and they hit me with another charge of $136 Canadian dollars. I tried reaching out to them, explaining I never signed up for any auto-renewal. I thought they'd sort it out, but no luck. They refused to refund me, and now I'm stuck paying for something I don't even use. It's frustrating and unfair. If you're thinking about joining, be careful and double-check everything. This experience has been a real headache.

    Not only did the report not provide the details I was expecting, but they charged me on the first day of a free 7-day trial. I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund and they ignored me. It's false advertising to say your customer gets a trial but charge them anyway. Doesn't matter whether it's $1 or $100. Just be honest. Glad I didn't try the 2nd-level subscription, because the charge wouldn't have been nominal.
