    I ordered a PCM, and it arrived faster than I expected, which was great. It works, but I'm still sorting out a few bugs. The only thing that really irked me was the price drop. I bought it for $300, and just two days later, I saw it listed for $100 less. That stung a bit. I tried contacting them about it, but got no response. On the bright side, when I needed technical support, they got back to me pretty quickly, which was helpful. It's a mixed bag—fast shipping and decent support, but the price change and lack of response about it was a letdown.
