    Woke up bright and early to sort out a mess with customer service. Called them at the crack of dawn since they open early on the west coast. Got hit with the dreaded hold music right away. Figured they might be dodging my call after yesterday’s fiasco, so I tried a different number. After a good hour, a lady finally picked up. She mentioned they’d put my order on hold after receiving my email. Then she asked if I wanted to order the right tires, but I’d already checked their site and couldn’t find the 10-ply ones I needed, so I decided to cancel. Would’ve been nice if they’d just emailed me about holding the order, would've saved me a headache.

    I got a PCM for my Jeep, hoping it would solve some problems. Installed it, and while the engine would start, it just wouldn't stay running. It was like the car teasing me, you know? Anyway, I decided to return it, thinking I'd get my money back pretty quick. Sent it back, but here I am still waiting for that refund. It's been a while, and I'm starting to wonder if it's lost in some sort of refund limbo. Not the experience I was expecting when I first ordered it. Just hoping to get this sorted out soon so I can move on and actually fix my Jeep.
