I usually give products a fair shot, but FIXD really let me down. I got this sensor as a gift, and it was a total flop from the start. Tried it on three different cars, all different makes and models, and it just wouldn't fit. No click, no light, nothing. It's like trying to force a puzzle piece where it doesn't belong.
When I contacted FIXD, I hoped they'd help me out, but nope. I explained everything in my first email—how it was a gift, how it wouldn't fit or power on, and that my Wi-Fi was fine. Instead of helping, they just kept asking the same questions I had already answered. Their final answer? They can't help because it was bought on Amazon.
So now I’m stuck with a useless gadget and a sour experience. FIXD seriously needs to rethink their customer service game. Save your money and look elsewhere.
