    After waiting a full 4 weeks for Chef's Deal to ship the range (when they said it would be no more than 1 week), I bought a $15,000 Garland commercial oven from Chef’s Deal, and sadly, the experience was very dissapointing. The range came without the needed electrical cord, making it useless right when it arrived. This caused extra costs, like a $578 charge from a licensed electrician for a fix, plus more labor from contractors who helped with the incomplete setup. We also faced big project delays because of the missing part. Even after contacting them right away and showing the invoice and issue, Chef’s Deal refused to refund us or send the right cord quickly, showing no interest in fixing the problem or accepting responsibility. For such an expensive buy, you’d expect good service and support. Instead, it felt like just a drop-ship sale with zero care after purchase. If you plan to get commercial gear from Chef’s Deal, especially for a costly or urgent project, I’d seriously suggest choosing another place.

    First order... Pizza oven. I was told it would arrive in 10 business days... well, after 3 weeks it finally showed up! No one from customer service helped track it for me, I had to call every day and they still didn’t know where it was! Anyway, it arrived. They said this never happens and won’t happen again. Ok... So I gave them another try. Second order... Pizza oven #2 They said it definitely wouldn’t take 3 weeks like before. Now it’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have the equipment I ordered over a month ago!!! The COO of this place is useless, she doesn’t know where my order is and has no answers! No customer support, no offer or discount, just basically saying tough luck for you right now. Seriously? How do they keep their job! Please save yourself the trouble and avoid them, I’m warning you to not have a bad experience. Hope this helps some of you thinking to buy from them.

    They really showed what good customer service is all about! There were a few issues with a new piece of equipment that came directly from the manufacturer. The team at Chef's Deal handled everything professionally and had a replacement sent out fast. Big thanks to Diego and Lee!
