Chef's Deal shipped me the wrong item, and then demanded that the incorrect item be returned before they would ship the correct item. They promised that this issue had their "full attention," yet I was constantly having to reach out for updates... after nearly two months, I finally got the correct unit. My business suffered greatly and they refuse to provide a 20% refund credit? Absolutely horrible experience - do not take your business here. There are many other vendors/suppliers that will likely provide a much better experience without the hassle.
