My experience with Culinary Depot was great. I looked for a faucet online and when I couldn't find what I wanted, I called customer service who helped me find it. I made a mistake when ordering, accidentally ordering two faucets. I realized just before they were shipped. Customer service fixed it, so I didn't have to return the extra one. The faucet is just what I wanted. We installed it and we're happy with it!

My experience with Culinary Depot was really good from beginning to end. I looked for a faucet online but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I called customer service and they quickly helped me find what I was looking for. I made a mistake when ordering and accidentally ordered two faucets instead of one. But customer service caught the error before shipping and fixed it for me, which saved me from having to return the extra faucet. The faucet is just what I wanted. We installed it and we're really pleased with it!

I placed an order for three items on Tuesday, expecting a smooth process since all items were listed as in-stock. However, come Friday, my order still displayed as processing. Intrigued by the delay, I reached out for clarification, only to be informed that one item needed to be shipped from the factory to their warehouse, causing a setback in the shipping timeline. Unfortunately, the order information presentation on the website left much to be desired. On the positive side, the customer service was amiable and responded promptly to my inquiry.

My experience with Culinary Depot was quite positive from the beginning to the end. When searching online for a faucet, I couldn't find precisely what I was looking for initially. Upon reaching out to customer service, they promptly guided me to the desired product. A hiccup occurred during the ordering process as I unintentionally clicked the order button twice, resulting in the purchase of two faucets instead of one. Luckily, the customer service team intercepted the order in time and rectified the mistake before dispatch, sparing me the hassle of returning the surplus faucet. The faucet itself met my expectations perfectly. Following installation, it has proven to be exactly what I had envisioned, bringing satisfaction to our experience.

Ordered a meat processing knife on Amazon Prime. Disappointed with the delayed and tardy delivery. The refund process was cumbersome, and now, after 9 days, the knife finally arrived. Now faced with the dilemma of deciding whether to keep and pay or go through the hassle of returning it. Unhappy with the overall experience, as it feels like rewarding dishonesty.
