I've been coming here often

I've been coming here often, but this weekend for our anniversary, my wife wanted to come here, and for the first time, it was bad. Ribs weren't fall off the bone as promised. Spent $52.48 for nothing.

We went to Cheddars for lunch and got the Chicken Tenders with fries and green beans. The fries were not hot, and the chicken was just a bit warm. It wasn't quite what we hoped for. The service was okay.

Entered a bustling venue, observed the crowded atmosphere. Added my name and number to the waitlist, informed of an anticipated one-hour wait with a promise of a text upon table availability. Despite exceeding the initially quoted time, no text was received. Upon inquiry, the hostess casually invited us in. Once seated, the waitress took our drink order, and we promptly placed orders for both appetizers and main courses. Drinks materialized after a 20-minute interval, while the food took an additional 45 minutes, sans the appetizer. Notably, my husband's garlic bread was absent from his meal, a matter brought to the waitress's attention. Although she pledged to rectify the oversight, the garlic bread only arrived when presenting the to-go boxes. Upon reaching home, I discovered the absence of my two ordered sides. A return to this establishment is not on the horizon for me.

My friend and I frequent Cheddar's weekly, and our last visit on a busy Friday exceeded expectations, largely thanks to our exceptional server, Adrian G. Despite the crowd, Adrian provided top-notch service. The salads were delicious, and he promptly brought my dessert to go. Adrian's attentive and friendly demeanor elevated our experience, making it the best we've had at a Cheddar's. Kudos to the management for hiring such dedicated staff. We hope to be served by Adrian on our next visit. Grateful for the outstanding service!
